This business is among the best in Las Vegas as far as customer service and products. They just remodeled their laundromat which is attached to their mini mart. The machines are 100% better than the previous one's and get the job done the first time 😉. They also supply the laundry soap if you need it and a courtesy drink while you wait for your clothes. ( non alcoholic of course) . And when it comes to the staff they are truly amazing and treat every person that walks through their doors just like they would want to be treated. They help out a lot of the homeless in the area and just recently donated and cooked a meal for Thanksgiving for those around the neighborhood homeless. I don't know what I would do if it wasn't for Chris the manager and Shelby their security guard as well as the rest of the wonderful staff working there these past few months that I've been going through a really rough time in my life right now. They have all been very kind and supportive to me and I really appreciate everyone of them. So check out this place and now they have a new one on the corner of Tropicana and arville. All of the employees are amazing except Yessie. Every time she is working she is hostile and rude towards my husband and I, she slams the debit machine around towards us, throws her hands up in the air being defensive anytime that we ask a question. I just had another hostile and rude encounter with her Tuesday 2/11. I spoke with the manager via text and he said he would review the cameras but never messaged me back. I won’t bring my kids in when she is working, and I turn around and walk out the store and go somewhere else when I see her now. It’s hard to believe they have an employee like her when everyone else is so friendly and treats my family like family. I love this store and it’s so nice to find a homey feeling in the middle of Vegas, but that girl is downright rude and confrontational. Please do something about her, she needs to go! I live in Sacramento Ca, and I visit Vegas often for family. My family lives very close to this location. The Mexican female clerks are always extremely rude and sarcastic. I don’t even live here, but every time I come, they are EXTREMELY RUDE. I visited this store today. I just purchased tobacco and food products. Sometimes their tobacco is hard and I like to check for fresh tobacco. Always have, always will. Today i asked to do the same thing, she says “I can’t have your hands touching all over the packages”. Wow! So rude. 6 months ago she didn’t respond that way, nor did the other female clerk. Every time I visit, it’s never a issue. This store is rude. I won’t be coming here any more.
