While the staff was friendly and they have amazing sandwiches with Ikes Love and Sandwiches in their establishment, their detailing services were quite disappointing. I paid $200 for the mini detailing service on my Hyundai Elantra car. This service includes VIP Wash (Basic Exterior + Undercarriage Rinse, Clear Coat Protectant, 4 Day Rewash, Triple Foam Polish, Tire Shine), Carpet Shampoo, Seat Cleaning, Door & Dash Cleaning, and a Hand Polish and Wax. It was estimated to take about 2.5 hours. After it had been only about 1 hour and 45 minutes to 2hrs, they came in and handed me my keys, which I was a bit surprised about. I went out to grab my car (they did not say where it was parked, so I had to circle the building to find it). Looking at it, I still saw the original stains and dirt on the exterior that were there when I brought the car. I looked inside the car and could tell they did not vacuum the car before shampooing as there was still debris in the carpet and the cup holders and doors were barely wiped down. The seats looked good, but they didn't even cover the driver seat with it still being wet. I went over to the guy who gave me my keys and mentioned that the car was not washed on the outside and was still pretty dirty on the inside. He mentioned the mini detail came with carpet shampooing, seat cleaning and waxing which he did. I told him that it's obvious the car was not wash and I mentioned that the package included the VIP exterior wash. He mentioned that he didn't realize the car hadn't been washed before he took over the remaining services and said if I wait inside he would wash it. It's crazy that he didn't realize it was washed while he waxed/polished the exterior when there was a brown soda mark still on the driver side door (my car is silver, so it stands out). About 30 minutes later he brought my keys to me and I walked back out to my car. The exterior looked much better, but still had a few small spots. The carpet looked better as well. I have dogs so I wasn't expecting the carpet to be perfect since I didnt do the hair removal add on. It looked like they wiped down the cup holders a bit more, but they still weren't as clean as I would expect for what I paid. Also the doors still were not cleaned. With how much I paid, I expected the staff to know what they were doing and to have better results before leaving, but after having been there for as long as I was, I decided to head home and clean the...
Read more$350 for This? More Like a Scam Than a Detail.
I don’t usually leave harsh reviews, but this one is well-earned. I paid $350 for their so-called “Ultimate Detail” and what I got was a rushed, half-baked wipe-down that barely qualifies as a basic wash—let alone a full detail.
Where do I even start? • Trunk? Untouched. Still had hay sticks from my kids’ gear. Not even vacuumed. • Door jams? Didn’t even look like they were attempted. • Middle console? Not opened. Not wiped. Nothing. • Windshield? Still had rain spots. How do you leave that behind in a premium service? • Dashboard and doors? Dressed—poorly. You can literally see the wipe marks stop halfway, like they ran out of time or just gave up. • Between the seats? Still visibly dirty. Crumbs, dust—like it never even crossed their mind.
This isn’t about “missing a spot.” This was an absolute failure to deliver even the basics of a detail job. At this price point, I expect someone to care—because that’s what you’re charging for: attention to detail.
What I got instead was carelessness, corner-cutting, and frankly, a total ripoff. If this is your idea of “ultimate,” I can’t imagine what your basic package looks like.
Absolutely unacceptable.
Save your money. Go elsewhere. Anywhere else.
EDIT:
After leaving my initial review, the business reached out—not to apologize or take accountability, but to deflect blame and question my integrity.
They claimed the trunk wasn’t cleaned because I didn’t open it for them—yet nowhere during the process was I told this was required. If that’s their policy, it should be clearly communicated before the service, not used as an excuse after the fact.
Then, they had the audacity to say the middle console was wiped, implying that I must have dirtied it afterward. Let me be clear: the condition I photographed and documented was immediately after I picked up the car. For $350, I shouldn’t have to defend myself with timestamped photos. The results should speak for themselves—and unfortunately, they did.
Instead of owning up to a job that was clearly rushed and poorly done, they’re gaslighting the customer. Asking for more pictures doesn’t fix what I experienced—it just shows they’re more interested in covering themselves than making it right.
I gave them a chance. I provided photos. Their response confirmed everything I feared: this place doesn’t stand...
Read moreI went in to this location on Saturday 5/26. I purchased the super interior scrub that included the VIP wash for $50.00. There were not a lot of cars there when I got there and I was quoted an hour and 20 minutes. And it took much longer than that. They didn't touch the vents in my car and didn't realize that until I got home. I had put some palms in my trunk, as i was instructed by the person who wrote up my ticket. When I got home I went to grab them out if my trunk to put them back on my dash and they were gone. Palms are what you get from church on palm Sunday the week before Easter. I was very upset as they had been given to me by my father.
I tried to call and no one answered so I drove all the way back there where the first person I saw was Logan, he was the person who had taken care of my car. I explained to him my problems and he just looked at me with a blank stare. I asked for a manager I spoke with Payton who apologized and offered me a free VIP wash and to have my vents and dash redone for what was missed. I agreed and she also had someone look for my palms in the trash cans. She instructed Logan to redo the things missed on my car, I would have rather either her or someone else did it since he was the problem in the first place. He had to redo it 3 different times because he was just not getting it. He had such a bad attitude and acted as if he was doing me a favor for redoing the things he missed in the first place. He used this spray in my vents that to me just made it look wet and you could see the spray marks. He made it clear that it was something he wasn't supposed to use but he was giving me a free upgrade however it was just spayed on and not even wiped in.
I have been going to fabulous freddies for over 10 years and have never had an issue such as this. So much so that I felt the need to post a negative review which I never do.
I would not let Logan touch your car!!!! And I would think twice about going to this location if u want to get your car done. Payton is very young and didn't really know the need for customer service she acted as if she didn't know how to handle the situation. I would much rather speak to someone with more experience...
