Jordance Studios — Local services in Spring Valley

I randomly decided to try learning social dancing in January and found myself at this studio through an Instagram ad I saw. From the very beginning, my experience has been nothing short of incredible. My teachers for Intro to Salsa and Bachata — Jimi, Jen, and Jay — were all absolutely amazing. Each of them brought so much energy, knowledge, and encouragement to every class, and made learning both fun and approachable.

I loved my intro classes so much that I continued on to Level Two and have also started attending socials. Never did I ever think I would find myself doing this, and I truly had no idea what I was getting into when I started. Now, dancing has become one of the highlights of my life. It’s so much fun, has given me a wonderful community of friends, and I genuinely look forward to coming to the studio multiple times a week.

The owners, Jimi and Paula, are phenomenal — so welcoming, passionate, and dedicated to creating a supportive environment. Every instructor I’ve had at the studio has been excellent, and the training is extremely thorough. They prepare you not just to dance, but to dance well, with a real emphasis on technique and connection for social dancing.

I’m beyond happy with my experience and would highly recommend this studio to anyone who’s even slightly curious about dancing. It’s one of the best decisions...

Visited during the Grand Opening...what a party!!! If you have ever wanted to go to a club and know how to dance Salsa....this is the place that can teach you!! I watched many of their students dance that night and all I saw was a dance floor of joy and hot moves! The atmosphere was not only full of joy, but I watched as everyone of all skill levels danced with each other and were so excepting of the level their partners were at. What a warm and excepting environment to learn and have fun! Some places I have visited in the past, you see the same partners sticking to themselves....not here...everyone danced with everyone and had the best time. It felt more like a family party then a dance studio party. It was amazing to feel and watch. I highly recommend checking it out. I know I will be joining and so should you. Jordance is the best place to learn salsa and bachata! Many years ago, I saw the owners, Jimi and Paula, perform an amazing salsa routine that really showcased their skill and personality, and I knew immediately that I wanted to train under them. Once I moved back to Vegas a couple years ago, I jumped into their salsa and bachata classes, and it has been the best experience! I appreciate how the organized curriculum makes it so that you have a solid foundation to build on. I'm a social dancer at heart, and the instruction I've received at Jordance has really leveled up my game! Aside from the well-thought out teaching methods, one of my favorite things about Jordance is how welcoming the environment is.
