1 star to this location because I can't give "0" stars, if by any chance you receive your order incomplete you better not call to ask what happened. It's a lady there "The Manager" that even after making the mistake of delivering an incomplete order she still have no touch at all to resolve the errors made in the orders. Yes, of course I called in frustrated because we waited for our pizza in a family movie night and the lady with her attitude asked me to wait another 25-30 minutes to send me the missing item. Was not the time, was not the item, was not the item price.. Was the lady's attitude that frustrated me over the phone, after paying for a service delivery fee and tip I was suggested that "if I wanted my missing item I can go and get it" really? You have disappointed a loyal client that have been your customer for almost 2 years in that location. If it's your mistake.. Take responsibility, empathize & resolve in the best way possible. I'll not recommend this Pizza Hut because "The Management" doesn't have any kind of expertise how to handle basic mistakes and errors.
I finally got my missing item but was thanks to a nice gentleman there that took responsibility and deliver it. He as an employee was able to deal with the situation way better than "The Manager"
If the owner of this location sees this review PLEASE ask this nice gentleman to train the management on how to deal with order issues and provide respectful customer...
Read moreI absolutely been a Pizza Hut fan for many nears here in Las Vegas. I am a new resident in this area. Today was the 2nd time I have attempted to order delivery. The first time they did not answer the phone after I’ve been calling back to back for over an hour. Had to call the other closest location and explain to them this location is not answering the phone and pretty much beg them to deliver my order. The store manager apparently had to go to this location to find out why they’re not answering calls. Today when I called to place an order, who ever answered the phone was slurring and I had to repeat everything thing they where saying to make sure I heard correctly. She was not acknowledging she heard what I said. I had to ask if she was still there. There was absolutely no please or thank you’s. I felt so uncomfortable and untrustworthy that my order would be not only safe to eat but happy to spend my hard working money with them in these days n times of this crisis. Tried calling back to cancel the order no one answered. The delivery driver called me to confirm the address and I had to inform her at that time I tries calling back to cancel but no one answered. This is now the second time that we have ordered a pizza from this location and nos is the second time that I received a severely cold pizza when it arrived at my door and we only live ten min away at most from the stores location. The first time this happened we called and got a credit and figured everything would be ok the next time. Well we were wrong again today it happened and when we called to tell them the guy who answered the phone blamed it on the football game. (We ordered an hour before the game because of that reason) then he said I could have another credit or I could come pick it up. I shouldn't have to pick up a pizza it should be delivered hot and fresh. It wasn't hot or fresh it was cold and it was 20 minutes late. If you want to test your luck with this store...
