I placed an online order at the Rainbow location in Las Vegas, Nevada on Monday February 05, 2024. I ordered two Atlantic Fish grill combo with added shrimp skewers to both orders. In the instructions section of the order I asked for extra sauce. When I received my order I did NOT have ANY sauce on my food at all. This is the second time this has happened with my order. It happened Thursday January 25, 2024. I let it go the first time because I actually enjoy the food there and thought to myself āmaybe it was a mistakeā. Also keep in mind that Iāve visited this restaurant 5 times within the past 2 weeks thatās how much I enjoy their food. This most recent visit I treated my mother whoās never been to California Fish Grill. I placed the order online and when I received the order there was no sauce on either combo. I called the restaurant and asked to speak with the manager in regards to the disappointment. I am very displeased to say I encountered a horrendous experience with the General Manager Jaime Franco. I explained to him the details of the situation. In response he stated that extra sauce isnāt put on the meal. I then reiterated that there wasnāt ANY sauce on the meal at all. He then further insulted me by stating well why didnāt I check since this is the second time itās happened. Me in disbelief of the disregard and condescending tone and over talking I was experiencing from the General Manager of an establishment. Once again reiterated the situation and let him know that this is unacceptable and that he needs to rectify the situation instead of disrespecting me and trying to hold me accountable for the restaurantās constant mistake. I tried to call and contact the corporate office but no one answers when I press 3 for front desk. And there isnāt an option to speak with a live customer service agent. This whole situation is extremely displeasing and I will not be visiting this corporation ever again. Which is extremely unfortunate because I have recommended this place which not very many people know about. To only be let down! I very infuriated by this...

However they only offered him an included drink - he ordered tea but it didn't even come with ice so it was lukewarm. I asked if my order came with a drink but I was told that it doesn't. This was confusing to us because we both ordered a combo. We looked at the receipt to see that we were rang up with an incorrect item from the classic menu thus no drink included - this item actually cost more then the food I wanted. We told a staff member that the receipt was showing the incorrect food and told them what I wanted. When our food came out my food had a cream sauce on it but I asked them not to include it. We had to go back to the counter and show them our ticket that showed "no cream sauce". The staff was nice and remade the food but it was a lot of back and forth to get the order right.
Basically I paid more for my order because it was rang up incorrectly and I didn't even get the included drink I was supposed to get.
It was so awkward having to keep saying "sorry but this isn't what I ordered." I really don't like to be that person who complains and this isn't a compliment, I just wanted to explain the situation.
The restaurant was pretty, clean, friendly staff even after all the mix ups, the food was delicious and very filling. I will definitely be going back because this situation has nothing to do with the quality. This could have happened at...

After coming here from Off-roading in our rented Jeep.... we were quite hungry and wanted to go somewhere we could enjoy our food... while some places donāt allow the indoor seating this location had everything taken care of relating public safety and safety of their staff during COVID-19 time. From the minute we walked in we were welcomed by the friendly staff with a smile...then we trying to figure out what we need to eat and with the help of the friendly staff that was all figured out.... then as we moved to the seating area we noticed every other table was marked reserved due to COVID safety for all customers. The food arrived within 10 minutes and we were extremely happy that the food was hot ( meaning cooked fresh) and tasted amazing.... the staff who took the order also walked by to ask how was the food and if we needed anything else.... I was happy that the staff cared for their customers and that we were happy to have such a great food... Overall everything from the minute we walked inside and walked out everything was great from customer service to serving the food and the food itself was great.
