Greek Chicken — Restaurant in Spring Valley

Food was good! But service was a fail! Went through the drive thru, as I always do, and spent a quick $100. Guy asks me if I’ve been there before and i say of course but i actually don’t have my receipt from the other day so i can get the 15% off, bc my beau was driving his car and now I’m in mine. Had he just said, oh i can’t do anything, that would’ve been the end of it, but this guy went through such great lengths to lie to my face about how he wishes he could give me a discount, but there’s a code on the receipt and blah blah blah. I say ok. I get my food about 5 minutes after, and i ask them for the code for this transaction for next time. And this new guy looked at me like I’m crazy. I told him what the other guy said and this guy says to me, YOU MUST BE CONFUSED. Lol what? I’m repeating what your other guy told me, verbatim. I simply told them alright, thanks i won’t be coming back here to drop any amount of money bc clearly you don’t want my business. Like i said, had the other guy not been such a scammer and been honest, no one would’ve ever been riled up enough to be upset. Then, when i get home i see they forgot our shake. I called and they said to come back and get it.

Three stars: 3 stars for the food … it sucks when a place that has good food has such bad service! There are only so many places one...

I’ve been wanting to try this place for a while, but had a friend not recommend it.

Jokes on them cause I LOVED it!

I could see myself coming here for a while chicken for an easy dinner! I got a number 4 and the chicken was SO JUICY!! Plus had some sort of lemony type of skin and man oh man that was right up my ally!!

I opted for the gyro meat, garlic bread, and zucchini fries. The gyro meat was well flavored and moist and I seriously cannot wait to come back to get the gyro sandwich!! (Looove gyros) The garlic bread was yummy and the zucchini fries were well seasoned with salt/pepper.

I wish I had the time to get the banana split because it looks OH so yummy!!

Also, the establishment has TONS of room and LOTS of booth seating (my favorite), and great windows to enjoy the sunset…or just the outside mountains depending on when you go.

The staff wasn’t friendly but wasn’t NOT friendly, you know? They were pretty quiet. Nothing outstanding.

Overall, the moral of the story is that I will be back and I’m looking...

Update 2/11-

On 2/9 I submitted an pickup order with my work colleges to Greek Chicken - 6580 S Rainbow Blvd Suite 100, Las Vegas NV 89118. My order number was 25389970 where I ordered a meal combo #9. When I received my meal at the office with all my colleges, I found I was missing part of my meal (Fried Zucchini). I called and the call taker was really nice and recognized that they noticed that the Fried Zucchini was missed after the person that picked them up left. Initially I was going to get a refund just for the zucchini only (which I was happy with). Then she stated her manager required me to come into the store to get my refund. I was not happy resulting in my initial poor review.

Since my review I was contacted by management from Greek Chicken. Unfortunately I was not available and they left a mesage for me. I also received an email refunding my fried zucchini.
