While driving through this plaza, my nose picked up this delightful doughy scent that led me to this wonderful bakery.
When walking in, the ambience felt very open and welcoming. Besides the delicious pastries served, there are also cold sandwiches and several selections of coffees and teas to choose from.
Take note, that there are serving trays with a liner and tongs available at the entrance to place your tasty goodies. I unfortunately forgot to take pictures of what I purchased but let me tell you, all of it was delicious. I believe it was a guava Danish I started with. A gorgeous lattice on top, flaky as can be with a delicious guava jam in the center. Paired perfectly with their hot hazelnut coffee. The almond croissant was honestly the best I've had in a very long time. Lightly crispy on the outside and light and doughy inside, sheer heaven. We also a sweet frank roll. I'm a huge hot dog fan but this thing was beyond amazing. The bread had a light drizzle of honey on the exterior that paired perfectly with the salty sausage. A definite must! Like mentioned I had a hazelnut hot coffee that was delicious and my wife got the lavender latte. A honey and floral combo that paired perfectly. Did I mention their baguette??! It's soooo good! Straight out of the bag or paired with a nice hot soup, it's delicious! We also got 2 sandwiches. The egg salad sandwich was good. With lettuce and a sweet mayo dressing on the bread. Also the turkey avocado sandwich. This was very delicious. The one thing that stood out right away was that the avocado wasn't brown. It was fresh.
A definite must try for those who appreciate a French...

I have attempted to order a cake TWICE from this location. The first time, the employee was absolutely terrible. He was snapping at me from the get go. He then proceeds to give me someone else's order cake. I tell him that there's a wrong name attached to the slip and not even the same flavor. He rolls his eyes at me, goes to the cake display, grabs a random cake, shoves it in a box and shoves it to me. I of course open the box to double check. He randomly chose a cheesecake, when I ordered their coffee mocha cloud cake. He then blamed me and tried to lie and said that's what I ordered. I showed him my email confirmation and continued to argue with this man. 100% unacceptable. He tried his best to not give me a refund. Because my coworker loves their cakes, I try once again to order one to give them a second chance. I don't mobile order this time. I call the store to make sure the directions were clear. Paid over the phone. I tried to pick up the cake today and guess what? The girl tells me "the baker got confused on the dates and she didn't make your cake" when I saw the ticket and it had today's date and pick up time. This time the girl was not rude and was quick to give me a refund.
Sure it's cute, Korean and new. But there are other bakeries in the same street who are not just out to take your money and screw up your scheduled plans. Absolutely never going to this place again. I don't pay a premium for rude staff, subpar baked goods, and...
Read moreWhat a bakery! My sister absolutely insisted we come here and it didn't disappoint. Located on Spring Mountain, this is a pretty large asian/french bakery. When you walk in, you can grab a try and some tongs and walk around the large bakery case in the middle of the shop. There were assortments of savory items like sandwiches, rolls, and breads, as well as sweet treats like donuts, chocolate croissants, and cakes. There's also a cafe with great coffee!
The location is very bright and open, with quite a few different seating options. There was an area specifically blocked off for groups of I believe 4 or more. We chose an area where you could see them baking the goods in the back, it was cool. I'm not sure if it gets super busy here, but we found seating easily and only waited in line to pay for a few minutes.
For food, I got the spinach feta stuffed pastry, almond bun, garlic cream cheese roll, chocolate croissant, and the caprese sandwich. I also got the tiramissu iced latte. I ate the sandwich in the shop and it was delicious! The bread was super powdery from the flour, but there was spinach, tomato, mozzarella slices, and a herby mayo. I took the spinach feta pastry home and heated it up in the oven. It was a great lunch the next day! I also popped the garlic cream cheese roll in the air fryer a couple of days later, and it was awesome. The croissant and the almond bun were also good. If you store them properly, these will last a few days. The latte was great and didn't have a strong coffee taste, which I really appreciate. I spent somewhere around $30 for everything, and I think it was...
