Las Vegas Flag & Sign — Local services in Spring Valley

I ordered a flag and necessary components to be installed on my flag pole from LVS&F. It was over $2000 and just 6 months later the flag had ripped to shreds. I called and asked how much for a new flag they said $315 dollars even though I originally was charged $150 for the flag. They said I had the "cheaper flag" and if I want the really good quality one it was $550. I tried to lower the flag but could not get the winch to turn to lower the flag and called back and asked if there was a trick to release it or was it under warranty they said it was broken and not warrantable. I ended up finding a video on YouTube that showed the "trick" to release the winch so you could lower it. I also found a much higher quality flag than the original for $200. These people could have helped me but chose not to even though it was just 6 months after spending $2K. Your response says you reached out and called me. Not true.
