NEDCO Supply — Local services in Spring Valley

I have been using them for 15 years. Just recently it seems i never get the right parts. The staff mostly the older guys lack knowledge of what they are selling. The new guys really don't. What I mean is if they are selling a panel . They don't offer anything like hey you need a ground bar with that . Or the breaker just any dam panel. I called in for a will call the guy said I'd call you right back when I see if we have it . 20 minutes later I called him back and he said no. 5 minutes later he text me yes we have it . You walk in the store the part is on the main floor 30 ft from his desk. I ordered 1000watt lamps I get 100watt , I ordered 1/2 " and get 1" and this is just the last week. All I'm asking is for better customer service. If your at work you are working, fellas. Just be glad you don't have to go out in this heat and install what I didn't get the right parts for. And at a really high price for that matter. But like I said up until recently this place was awesome. Other vendors are looking better and been around less time. Sorry for the rant .
