TP TEA — Restaurant in Spring Valley

This is my first time visiting TP Tea after getting a recommendation from a friend and I kinda left unsatisfied and unhappy. First the parking lot is so small, however the inside is absolutely nice, long, and spacious and clean.

We ordered a few drinks and one of them was the coffee black tea avocado creama. It didn't really look like the picture but what really mattered was the taste. It tasted like a plain latte. No avocado flavor was remotely there. So I politely asked if we could make any adjustments. The male employee response we were met with was "Oh that's how it is. We put 1/2 an inch of avocado and the flavor is faint." I asked if there was anything that could be done. The male employee responded, "No we'll let corporate know though." And sent me away.

It feels invalidating as a customer to not be asked why or what could be done to make sure our experience was amazing. He didn't offer a remake initially or even asked if I wanted another drink. It wasn't until we sat down with unhappy expressions when he finally said he could remake it. The remade drink tasted great and much better. It's the lack of care and customer service that made this whole experience unsavory. Nothing against the drinks that are mostly good, but it's basic hospitality and customary to ensure customers leave the establishment...

TP Tea in Las Vegas is an absolute gem! Nestled at 4770 Spring Mountain Rd in the heart of Chinatown, this new outpost of the legendary Taiwanese chain (from the folks who invented bubble tea at Chun Shui Tang) has quickly become my go-to spot for boba bliss. I visited soon after their 2025 opening, and I’m already hooked!

The atmosphere is vibrant yet cozy, with a sleek, modern design that invites you to linger. The menu is a tea lover’s dream, boasting authentic Taiwanese staples like their iconic bubble milk tea, refreshing fruit teas, and unique offerings like sesame milk tea. I ordered the classic bubble milk tea with their signature cube pearls, and it was perfection—flawlessly balanced tea flavor, just the right sweetness (I went with 50%), and those chewy, uniquely square pearls that add such a fun texture. My friend raved about the Lychee Green Tea, which was bursting with fresh, fruity notes.

The staff is a highlight—super friendly, attentive, and eager to guide you through the menu with spot-on recommendations. Even during a busy rush, service was smooth and efficient. I also love that you can order online to skip any wait, which is a lifesaver in the bustling...

TP TEA shows its professionalism and quality around the world and now in Vegas! Extremely excited on how this place was able to handle its open mean day! They offer a variety of top quality teas from Taiwan that are truly a Mastercraft that they only have! A perfect place to go with friends and enjoy premium boba. Staff and service was able to explain and perform phenomenal top-notch service in order for us to enjoy our Boba. I highly recommend the selection for premium Boba. The ambience of the store is very modern and futuristic with elegant acetones of making you feel welcome in the Boba shop. Definitely check this place out and come to this place often!
