While visiting from out of town, my wife Christina and I were fortunate enough to come across Craig & Craig's Bowling Supply Store. The experience we had there exceeded every expectation, setting a new standard for customer service and professionalism in the bowling industry.

We came to Craig’s shop with a specific need: a two-finger plug and re-drill for one of our bowling balls. Additionally, we wanted to have two new balls drilled to suit our preferences. Back in the late 90's, until 2001 or so, I bowled through high school gym class & otherwise, in Texas City & Lufkin. I was pretty good for a kid - maybe around 160 average; nothing great but I had fun, & that's what mattered. So a couple of months ago, 20+ years later, a neighbor talked me into joining a league & all I'd used were house balls. I have been a 104 average, but its been a big climb until tonight - 1st game was rough, learning the new balls, but games 2 & 3 were better; 95, 151, & 135. A vast improvement! I think it had a lot to do with Craig's Pro that drilled my new bowling balls - he talked me through much of the process & explained a lot of ideas to help make me a stronger bowler. Great advice! Personally I have known Craig and his family for 30 years. I have bowled against Craig a few times and even then he studied bowling ball drilling patterns by speaking with well known pro shop operators and well known bowlers. Craig is up-to-date on all the latest equipment that are coming out as well as aids.Craig is a very personable person. He will talk to you to get to understand your style and your game. He will come watch you in league or tournament and give honest advice. You can not go to a better person to get your ball drilled correctly for you, and become part of a family. Craig drills everyone's bowling ball as if they are part of his family, and you truly are. There are high name pro shops around Houston, but you won't find a more home like atmosphere than Craigs...
