Have visited this establishment many times over many years. Typically very friendly. Today was terrible service. Ordered wonton soup, she repeated wonton soup…received food with crab Rangoon. Informed her it was suppose to be soup, she argued telling me I said crab Rangoon…I did not say soup. Informed her she repeated soup back in order. She said “if you want soup you owe me another $1…No problem. Paid the extra $1. Reviewed prices on BeyondMenu the price difference was actually 45 cents. Did not intend to request my 55 cents, not worried about it…I was curious how she decided on the $1 amount and inquired when she returned. She could not answer why she uncharged $1 when price difference was 45 cents, and snapped our prices have went up. I then asked if I order online will I pay less and she again snapped stating yes but we will make sure online prices increase too. And continued to cut me off if I attempted to speak. THEY HAVE NEW OWNERS!!! THANK GOD!!! I have tried them twice since the change in ownership with mixed results. The first meal was great. Large portion sizes and the food was tasty. The new owners had the place looking better and the inside service was actually inviting.... unlike the previous owners who did NOT want you coming inside to eat! (Not that you would have wanted to. The woman that owned the place would sit and stare at you like you were bothering her by being there, and was very short and rude if you dared speak to her) The second time trying them was a carryout order of chicken fried rice during lunch. Who ever was cooking that day doesn't know how to cook fried rice. It tasted like they had spooned fryer grease on the grill to cook the rice which gave it a very noticeable off flavor. It was so disgusting we couldn't eat it. I feel if I had complained they likely would have refunded my money or replaced it, but it was lunch on a busy day so I didn't bother. Using the drive-thru window in the rain will have the inside of your door wet some. They have an overhang, but it's not really big enough to cover fully.

They have an extra fee if your order is under $10 & you pay by card.

Their food is always good. The chicken pieces have gotten bigger & bigger like they stopped cutting the pieces into smaller bite-size pieces. But no worries on it. They give a ton of fried rice if that's what you order for a meal...which is awesome!

There is one young man that helps at rhe window at times. He's very straight to the point which almost comes across as rude. The others have been nice to deal with though.
