Wingstop — Restaurant in Springettsbury Township

My girlfriend and I decided to try this place for dinner. I know it's fast food but people say good things about it on TikTok or whatever.

The cashier was just not there mentally, and mostly just walked around looking around aimlessly after we made our order, even when people were waiting to order.

The entire wait for the food was 45 minutes at the least, (I don't know the exact wait time). During this absurd wait time the kitchen staff was doing things like: making inappropriate jokes, goofing around with each other, and sitting in the storage room on their phones visible to customer view. There would be times when the 'manager' would get them back on track, but it would go right back to the same shenanigans after 10 seconds or so.

Also, this is a place where gloves are not a requirement for food handling, which I understand is supposed to be safer than using gloves, but that is only on the account that you are washing your hands after touching clothes, hair, surfaces, etc. and at least every 20 minutes if nothing was touched. During our ENTIRE wait, I had not seen a single staff member wash their hands or even heard a sink run ONCE. Even after touching shirts, pants, phones, and running their hands through their hair under their hat, they didn't wash their hands. The manager was doing the same thing and was the "bagger" or whatever role they call it, so he was touching pretty much every item that went out to customers. (Watched this guy pull up his pants and scratch his scalp before putting fries into a bag.)

I won't say it's like this for every shift, or every wingstop. The fries were soggy, and the wings were small. They did taste good, and that's all I will give in terms of positivity to...

DO NOT USE their personal app (wingstop app) for delivery DO NOT GET DELIVERY!!!!!!! OR YOU will get cold wet soggy food & no accountability!!!! I did not go to the restaurant but I did get delivery through the wingstop app itself the food was cold the wings soggy and cold (Ice cold literally) & the fries were cold (ice cold) & soggy & WET like DOG FOOD for $50+I expect more, it was the worst delivery I have had 44yrs of my life & it was not even delivered until hour after it said it was delivered so 1 & 1/2 hours laters after ordering on wingstops app we got our food it said up to 45min we got a message at 7:35pm saying food was delivered which it was not so we contacted the restaurant they gave no help even though we ordered on their app, not DoorDash or Uber they said we had to contact them but you sign a contract with these people so you should be held accountable just as much we got nowhere no help then at 8:39pm our food came cold we paid $50 for cold wings and cold soggy fries if you’re doing delivery, I wouldn’t take the chance cause they’ll blame it on DoorDash or Uber eats even when you order from their app itself and they will not take any accountability at all!! I’m a single mom I have five kids I had a little extra money over for the 1st time in over a year to order out for my kids and this is what I got unfortunately, hard earned $$ wasted, oh but they got paid for cold soggy food which we had to eat because we were hungry. Order attempt number 594 everything was great till my food showed up with no wings just two orders of fries and some tenders. How do you forget the only wings in the order. I called in explained what happened and get treated like my order never existed after 5 minutes they found the order and then I got hung up on. Accident maybe idk called again same run around like I didn't just get food here after another 5 minutes found my order again was offered a refund told them just make the wings I'll come get them. Drive 10-12 minutes to the store and told them who I talked to on the phone what was going on and got an attitude cuz she was in the bathroom, excuse me I'm not the one that messed up my last 500 orders. After all of that they determine I'm not lying and decide to get my wings I already pays for that were supposed to come with my combo meal which the rest of us sitting at home cold now btw, besides all that the wings I've now ordered twice 15 minutes ago still aren't ready so after another 5 minutes of waiting got my wings and headed out the door to go enjoy the rest of my cold food. I stopped ordering here for a while because my orders are always messed up missing items or door dash picks the order up and then just doesn't deliver it etc. I was hoping it would get better but the demeanor of the staff tells me it's not going to anytime soon, when they mess up ur guilty until proven innocent I guess.
