Victoria's Secret & PINK — Local services in Springettsbury Township

Run as far from this place as you can!!!! The local garbage company provides better customer service than Victoria Secret management Melissa and Jessica, the store managers. Melissa was "the traffic director" who kept interupting the store associate during my fitting. There was NO WAY Melissa was going to allow this lovely sales associate to give one on one service to me. Because Melissa interrupted my first sales associate, I knew another customer needed a size 32 A bra, and there were many more customers who needed help NOW. When I left the store, composed myself and returned. After all, I have purchased Victoria Secret's products for 25+ years. Sara, the second store associate, was lovely. Sara did a great job @ customer service recovery . I actually was ready to buy $140.00+ products and planned to go on line to complete my purchase. However, I believe that negative experiences should be reported to the next level of management before going public such as a Google forum. Then, I met Jessica, "next please". Jessica perceives herself as being efficient. She was TOO BUSY to compense me for my previous bad experience, even acknowledge that I had a bad experience, nor give me the email of her superior. She did give me an customer service phone # which did not allow you to speak to a live person. Bottom line, it was not worth your time to enter this store. Go elsewhere to buy this...

I went to there store to get the price difference as I had bought stuff from them few days back and then it went on sale I had receipt from there store the other girl did it and then I went there after few hours with the receipt of Harrisburg and Lancaster store after being in the que for 23mins when my number came she refused and the manager came and said yes you can do it the lady on the counter got rude and said I have to again stand in the que from the back I explained her that I was in the que for 23mins and she was upset behaved like a BXXXH sorry I have to use this word.I had my ID my original receipt and after being in the que for 28mins again it was done will never go to this store location York Galleria Mall again.she wanted me to get hyper and leave. The girl named Ella or Emmawas at the cashier. I had issue scanning my rewards and she gave me a disgusted look and was very rude to me!! I wanted her to verify why my coupons wasn’t going through. She insisted that it expired but it WASNT until I show her. I felt uncomfortable. She then called the dark hair which appears to be the manager of the store. She tried to explain to me what happened and what not and that’s not the issue. I was trying to tell her my issue and she wouldn’t listen and try to talk over me but she didn’t get what I was saying. After spending over $200 with my Victoria Secret credit that I had for years, and spending hundreds and hundreds with on myself and 2 daughters I am disgusted by the Ella or Emma and her Manager !!!! Where are the previous managers that’s was customer service oriented and kind and bright!!! It’s people like this that’s makes me and others not want...
