From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed, valued, and, most importantly, spoiled! The store is absolutely stunning, filled with beautiful, high-quality pieces that make it impossible to leave empty-handed.

I’ve shopped here on several different occasions, and each visit has been just as special as the last. This is officially my go-to store when I want to treat myself or find something unique.

The owner, Rose, is an absolute sweetheart. Her warmth, professionalism, and eye for style make the entire shopping experience feel like a personal consultation. She genuinely wants you to feel special, and it shows in everything she does. It's not just about jewelry—it's about treating yourself and feeling confident.

Just had a wonderful small business experience at a unique accessory shop called SPOIL ME 2 at Springfield Mall. It was an unexpected visit as the colorful and sparkling items caught my eye and lured me in for a peek. As I browsed around I couldn’t believe my eyes as I saw my name on a name plate! This is a very rare find for my name and would normally have to be something specially ordered. But today it felt like it was waiting there for me! The owners were so friendly and accommodating making sure I had the right size and style necklace to my liking. Thank you Brock and Rose! As a small business owner myself, I feel it’s important more than ever to support each other and share great customer service stories like this that truly sets them apart....

I've been here twice (so far) and I have been impressed both times. The owners are a brother & sister team who know their products and want to serve their customers base. I really sensed that it was important that I was satisfied by my experience. I was very impressed by them. And then, we have their product line: an eclectic mix of women's accessories that are lovely and reasonably priced. I could go bankrupt here but would be very well turned out for my hearing and quite pleased while doing so! There are so many lovely items that are not seen in every store window.
