I really had to consider the rating tlI gave Nothing Bundt Cake because I really like their bundlets and bundtinies. However, where I have an issue is that whenever I ask for extra frosting I'm giving you a time of 20 minutes to add additional frosting to one or two or three bundlets. I find this time frame completely unreasonable. Maybe durimg extremely busy times but not during the middle of the day in the middle of the week. This is the fifth time that I have declined going to Nothing Bundt Cake due to this 20 minute limit. Additionally when I try to place an order online it actually takes 40 minutes to get the order no matter when I place the order. When I call in to see if I can get the time reduced to the 20 minutes I am consistently told the only way that they can guarantee that is if I was to place the order over the phone. This comes across to me as a lack of customer service and customer consideration and I'm pretty sure that this is not a request that's made all the time it's not even a requested I make all the time. Due to that I have decided to downgrade the rating from a 4 to a 3 and it was a toss-up between a 2 and a 3 because to me customer service is extremely important. Read moreApparently if your brithday is around the holidays you wont be able to order what you want. They wouldnt do a "custom order" of 6 chocolate bundtinis and 6 red velvet bundtinis. You could only buy a seasonal dozen with 4 different flavors, in which 6 of them would have been thrown out because i only wanted chocolate and red velvet. The lady on the phone then recommends buying 2 dozen of the seasonal pack so i could have 6 & 6 of the flavors i wanted, & then she was reminded that now 12 would be thrown out... great advice. In conclusion a whole cake was ordered. Paid for through with a card over the phone and the lady hung up as she was being told name for pickup. The day of the order pickup the cake was no where to be found, had to wait a long time for one to be made, and on top of that the "manager" who was not wearing gloves was requested to put gloves on before continuing, she rolled her eyes and did put the gloves on. The best part is that the cake was frozen, when i was told they were made fresh everyday. This is the first bad review i have ever left. I am a waitress , we are extremely under staffed. I seen several people come and go but I still had nothing. Your employee came out and again told me it should be a few minutes, Then a customer walks in and placed the same order i had placed the employee told the lady it should be a few minutes she informed the girl she was going to the store and would back in about 10 minutes. When she returned she thanked the girl and left, Now I still haven't received my order it's going on a 30 minute wait for my order.I asked the employee what was taking so long and I was told the kitchen was backed up. After a 45 minute wait in the store i asked to have a refund,neither the employee or manager asked it they could assist with helping me with my order.
