Chico's — Local services in Springfield

I'm a man so I have not shopped at this store. But I recently had the privilege of spending time at this store as a temporary worker for a day. I met Robert, Vicki, Nancy, and J. All 4 of which were awesome to be around. If you are looking for what looked to me to be, pretty good quality clothing, this is a place to go.

BUT!!! If you are looking for a truly amazing shopping experience, these 4 I met will be better than you imagined. They actually listen to what their customers want, don't try to push you into buying the entire store, are VERY familiar with the products(in-store & web), and all 4 have a great sense of style. I might actually have to talk to Robert to get some tips lol.

As I said, I spent an entire day with these folks and even had a spirited political debate with one of them with no swearing or meanness(in itself a miracle today lol), and I will be sending my wife in to see them next time we are in the area...

This is just another clothing store right?

I don't think so. The workers here are are a cut above the rest. Expect that when you go to this store to have an exceptionally good experience with the staff.

They know their way around the store like the back of their hand.

If you're anything like my significant other, you might need a little help picking out nice outfits to wear. The staff here are excellent for this.

My favorite thing about this store besides the staff is the quality of the clothes. Many are made in Vietnam and India, both countries that make excellent clothes. Also, the materials are quite high quality and feel great on the skin.

Nancy was pleasant and attentive, but not overwhelming or pushy. She found me several complementary pieces for what I wanted and even went the extra mile to find what wasn’t in her store and had it shipped at no charge to my home.

I love to shop Chicos because they have vibrant colors, easy sizing, unique cuts, interesting styling, and their clothes are made for women! And to top it all off, they have fantastic accessories! I always get great help and enjoy the experience.
