COACH — Local services in Springfield

As someone who has shopped at this store for my wife a few times, I have to say that the staff is truly awesome. They're always super helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell, which makes for a really great shopping experience. 👍

However, one thing that really bugs me is the constant barrage of marketing emails and phone calls. Even after I unsubscribed from their emails, I'm still getting calls from them trying to sell me stuff. It's frustrating to have to deal with this kind of spam, especially since no one wants to buy a purse 2 or 3 times a year as a gift. 😑

Very Very bad manners for the management that works at this specific location. I've never encountered such a distasteful person that works in retail. I will bring my business elsewhere I'm a avid coach shopper and have never been treated so poorly! Went in to exchange a coach bag that had a defect. I was greeted and helped immediately on entering by the sweetest woman! I was looking to start some sort of wedding registry or wishlist for my upcoming wedding, and I was walked through the store to help find what I like and wanted to add. (Also mentioning that I have never been in or had a product from Coach before, so I had no clue what I was doing!)
