Paid 600.00 dollars for laptop with geek squad also...told on Sat, they would be able to take program off my laptop Saturday afternoon..said call and pick it up in Springfield. Nobody called. I called Monday night, nobody wanted to help me...I called geek squad, got customer service center...said laptop wasn't done yet, didn't know why, they were a call center. Asked when it would be fixed, didn't know..called Brst buy back, told didnt know when it would be done..told them I needed to know..asked to speak with in house geek squad..gentleman said, they were too busy. I said, I paid 600.00 dollars and haven't received my product and their too busy for me? He hung up on me. I then called back and a woman hung up on me. Called back again and they kept hanging up on me...The worst store and service ever! Took our money a d refuses to give us our laptop or our service! Stay away! We paid 180.00 for their Geek squad...to be told, they're too busy. We still have not received our laptop. Or service...or a phone call. Read moreDon't buy the protection plan. I paid all that extra money for protection on my 55 inch tv and here we are almost 5 weeks later and my tv still isnt working! Problems started February 10th and are still continuing! It took almost 2 weeks to get the first guy out. He had to order a part. 10 days later he installed said part, it still didn't work, although he did manage to break the leg on the left side of the tv. Then had to order another part. They show up today to replace the screen..... Before it was installed all the way it was cracked. Here I am 3 visits and almost 5 WEEKS later and I still don't have a working tv! My 4th visit is scheduled for Sunday for yet another repair........

He would not forward my call to the actual store. When my call finally went to the store later, they were unable to answer my questions and no one ever called me back to set up an install.
