Torrid — Local services in Springfield

I placed an order last week and it is yet, to be created. Not really impressed with online ordering or the staff. They are nice yet, not that helpful. Finding my size is hard let alone I have to try them all on before leaving because my first experience at Torrid and ordering at the Fairfield Mall was super fast. They say two days shipping Springfield, Oh and it's been a week disappointed. I don't know if this will be my go to for bras due to the lack of customer service. I know the target is for plus size but I'm average and top heavy so it is what it is. Seems like they only cater to plus size women. I bet if I was 50lbs more my bras would be here and that is simple facts. I see favorites in sizes not impressed. No matter my bottle shaped figure I should be treated the same as any women of any size. I dislike judgemental people. All four visits have been not all that comfortable and not tooken care of like other customers due to my looks and size. The manager seems awesome yet, typically stereotypes women. I guess I need to be super over weight even though I'm already over weight or disabled to get great customer service. If my bras don't come this week. I will cancel the credit card and the bras bc at this point I wonder if it's worth all this for the trouble. Probably not but whatever. Bras are ok so far some straps don't tighten all the way they only go partially tight so beware of those bras bc I like my straps tight for support. Here I thought I finally found a bra store for me and my weird figure yet, again a disappointment due to service. To be determined.... This place is a cool environment but, not everyone that works at Torrid is about sales if that was the case. I’ve always had a very hard time clothes shopping being plus size, so I don’t do it very often. I found myself needing formal attire for a work event so I decided to try torrid. This is my first time ever entering the store or purchasing from this business in general, but I was met with such kindness The moment I walked in the door and the girls who work upfront, took the time to answer my questions And help me find something that would work for me. I ended up buying two dresses going out of my comfort zone, but they fit amazing. I think this is the first time I’ve ever felt good about clothes and I will definitely be back. I will say the clothes are a little higher in price, but it seems like they had plenty of deals going on, which helped out a lot from my experience I couldn’t recommend a better store for a plus size woman or...

I love it at the store. I have one in a city near me that is good for plus size girls and or women they may have your size of pants 👖👚 shirts, bras, and or shorts and if they don't they can order it for you and send it to your home or to the store which is every convenient for you or cheaper. I also like that you can shop on their app which help if you feel embarrassed about they way you look or if they may have you size on there or cutier clothes.
