(Can’t leave 0 stars) Okay I NEVER write reviews but I’m actually pretty upset; this is gonna be kinda long. Me and my partner got one chicken sandwich meal and one Cobb salad with extra EVERYTHING (was specific about this); extra fries and an ice cream cone. Leave the line the first time having half of our order missing, no ice cream cone, no fries for the meal or the extra and only having one packet of ranch for my Cobb salad. Go back through the line to get what I paid for only to find the ice cream machine is broken and I had to ask for a refund from a few different employees because they don’t communicate amongst each other properly. On the bright side most of the employees were pretty nice about it, however you could tell they were definitely in a rush to get us to leave; I asked for a refund on the ice cream cone instead of an opt. Dessert and had to tell two different employees because like I said they don’t communicate; after we got the refund the girl who gave us the refund tried to rush off but we had to stop her to let her know the half our order was still missing (even after we told the employees at the door and they had told us to pull off to the side so they could get that situated while we waited out of the way of other cars). And final thing that made me have to write this, I get home to eat my Cobb salad and guess the icing on the cake- THERES NO CHICKEN ON THE COBB SALAD, THERES EXTRA EVERYTHING BUT NO CHICKEN WHICH I...
Read moreEveryone at this Chick-fil-A (the only one I've been to) went above and beyond to help me with my order. The young man with blonde hair is super friendly and helpful and the lady named Liz and I'm grateful to her for her professionalism and generosity. The trouble was was that someone had given me a gift card that they said had 15.00 on it and it only had 10 so I ordered $15 worth and had to remove a brownie and was still $2 short. So I will just say they're extremely patient especially with anxiety riddled people like me 😂 and autism to boot. And they were just so patient with me and you won't find that at a McDonald's or Rally's the food is 10 times better than McDonald's Rally's and the like so I tend to blabber a bit. But people get really rude with me because of my autism and trouble with math my vision and my vocal seizures. But they were nothing but patient and professional and I just really appreciate that. We live in a cruel world and it's nice to come into an atmosphere where people are genuinely friendly and genuinely want to help you. So I will shut up now but thank you Liz thank you to the young blonde man that was so patient with me I do not know your name but I know that Liz does. And you deserve your flowers as well. Ordered for delivery so they sub it out to door dash (even though it was all through their app still). Got a salad with grilled chicken, there was NO chicken. Call them, and their answer is to request a refund through door dash as it has nothing to do with them. YOUR RESTAURANT forgot to put chicken on a salad (ITS CALLED CHICK FIL A!!!!!!!how do you even forget the chicken???) wouldn't just give me the chicken to put on it. Then I get a call today from them again passing the blame on door dash as if door dash made my food incorrectly.
