went in to get my ears pierced and purchase some jewelry around 6:50. the associate told me to come back in the 30 minutes when her co-worker gets back from break, because she was not certified to pierce.i happily did so and returned at 7:30 and was told that they didn’t have time to pierce my ears and i pretty much got the vibe that she just wanted me to leave. the mall doesn’t close til 9 so im not sure why im being turned away when there’s an hour and a half left of their shift. it’s a shame because the girl who i initially spoke to was super sweet and helpful. maybe the massive “free piercing” sign should be turned off when the workers are done piercing...
