Let me tell you guys about my experience at Windsor in Springfield . I’m getting married on Saturday May 28 , and the cleaners told me that my dress would not be ready or available before Saturday . I went to Windsor in a panic hoping to find something . But everything I tried on did not work or made me feel super old .I was in the dressing room crying when a beautiful young lady name Dena walked right in my dressing room , She immediately calmed me down . After calming down I recognized her face , she had previously styled my daughter for prom . I told her the colors of the wedding and the groomsmen and she found the perfect dress for me . While standing in line we witnessed an employee allow two Caucasian girls request to enter one dressing room with their dresses well over the dress limit...they were told " I guess we can make that work" and allowed back to the same dressing room. Then comes my biracial daughter and her Asian friend....under the dress limit. My daughter asked if her friend could come in to zip her dresses and help and she was told "absolutely not". Mind you the first two girls were teenagers as well and had no parent with them and I was right there- when I asked the worker for an explanation she stuttered and fumbled for words.
