Food is good but today I found a piece of metal in my chicken sandwich. At first, it looked like a piece of stapler. Although after examing it, it appears to be a piece from a wire brush used to clean the grill that had broken off. That is very dangerous... I was sharing the sandwich with my toddler. Luckily, I felt it while I was eating, not my toddler.

Basic mall-quality food. Nothing spectacular, but I ate every bite with no regret which is always a good thing. I will say, I did not like the uncooked veggies added to my sandwich. I usually prefer sauteed peppers etc., not cold ingredients added. I actually really hate that. Great Steak is an example of a restaurant that sautees then adds the veggies to the sandwich - MUCH better option for me. Charley's does offer specialty beverages (lemonades), but I did not get one, but will next...

I have NEVER been more disappointed! I ordered the chicken philly and my only question is...Where's the CHICKEN?! Both ends were just bread and veggies! It took 3 bites for me to find chicken! I asked the guy at the register about it and he said, " It comes pre-packaged". So they pre-package the inferior amount of chicken for each sandwich and then have the gall and the audacity to charge for "extra meat"! AVOID this place...
