Young's Security Systems Inc — Local services in Springfield

Installed a new security system to replace one by another supplier that didn't work well. Young's worked around our remodelling schedule. It took two days because wires from former systems were all over the place and had to be removed first before new wires and devices could be installed. Really nice techs -- polite, efficient, and were good with our dogs. The new system works great! It's a relief to know that our home is now properly secure. Need home security? Call Young's.

7/18/2024: Yesterday our security system indicated that several devices had low batteries, but didn't indicate which devices (there are about a dozen). When we couldn't figure out or resolve the problem, we called Young's (it's their system). A tech came out first thing this morning and found that the low batteries were in 4 smoke, fire, and CO2 alarms plus one door. He fixed it quickly (fortunately he had the necessary batteries on his truck), and we're good to go....

Working with Youngs and their staff is ALWAYS a WONDERFUL experience. From the office people to the the service people I am always very well taken care of . They are always friendly and helpful and very very nice. All questions are answered and everything is done so well. This is reviewing our system at work. Even though we're an hour away, they always come if there's a problem and usually same day. Very easy to get ahold of anyone there and I've spoken to the same person for several years now so the turnover must be low and I think that says a lot about a company. We don't have the most high tech system due to our remote location but that's one of my compliments - they still treat us as a top client for the small amount we pay.
