I was in the area visiting my son’s family for a couple of weeks. While in a local mall, I decided to have my rings cleaned. They told me there was a stone in my anniversary ring that was loose and recommended I get it fixed as soon as possible. They quoted me a range of estimated cost and said the ring would have to be sent in for a couple of weeks. I called two other jewelers who quoted a range of estimates and said it would have to be sent in and would take 2-4 weeks. Then I called Innsbruck. They invited me to come to the store, where they have their own goldsmith in-store. The goldsmith looked at my ring and said it would only take a few minutes to fix the stones. When they handed me my fixed and shining ring, I asked what I owed. The response—“Noithing. It only took a few minutes.” I didn’t know places like this still exist!! What could have been a costly repair, as more than just one stone was loose, turned out to be a quick and free gift. And I didn’t have to part with my ring for a few weeks. Thank you, so much!! I took my fiancée's rings to Innsbruck to be resized as they came out slightly large. We dropped off the rings and went about our business. Shortly after, Ben gave us a call with some hard news. The center stone on the engagement ring was not what I had ordered. I returned to the shop and Ben showed me using several testers what the expected result should be and the actual test results.

With this disappointing news, I set out to contact the jeweler who had originally casted and set the rings. The original jeweler confirmed the stone was wrong! I was able to get the stone corrected without much hassle.

After some back and forth, I returned with the correct stone. Ben also pointed out some flaws in the casting of the ring and showed what he could do to correct it. The promise time was 2 weeks, and the rings were resized and the correct stone set exactly in this timeframe! The work was incredible and her rings look even more amazing now.

Ben helped us through a tough situation and provided excellent care, communication and the end result of resizing and setting the stone were great.

I cannot say enough about how great this place is. Prior to recently, I'd been using one of the national chains for all of my jewelry needs. But since meeting Ben and his wife Connie, I've realized what I was missing out on. I know it's cliché, but they clearly and genuinely care about their customers and want to give them the best possible experience. Way more so than anyone I ever encountered at Helzberg.

When I first stopped in I had already purchased the band, but I needed a diamond. They did not disappoint. Ben gave me a number of good options and we eventually found the perfect stone at a good price. They then replaced the mount and set it for me as well.

I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. An absolutely beautiful stone, and it came together perfectly with the ring. Their sales associate Leah was awesome as well when I returned to pick it up.
