Dear Chipotle online ordering You are the reason I have trust issues. I am not sure why your online site gives the option to do "extra" on any of the toppings as I never get it when I ask for it. My order I PAID for double meat, didnt get it. I also asked for extra cheese and extra corn salsa. *see picture attached for what extra cheese looks like to whomever made this today. Upon closer review, there was only 14 kernels of corn. Is there a corn quota or corn shortage that I am unaware of? If so, i can understand the restriction.
Your site should change its measurement option to a metric that the burrito maker can understand better since the term "extra" could be subjective. Sorry that was probably too big of a word. The term extra could mean something different to each person. I think the website could be better if the measurement was in scoops. I'd like 2 SCOOPS of corn please. And since that could also mean something different, 2 FULL or LARGE scoops of corn pot favor. It could improve the user experience and get you better Google reviews!!! It would from me anyway!
Don't get me wrong, i enjoyed every single bite of delicious grain of cilantro lime rice and braised beef barbacoa!! However all im trying to convey here is that however makes the online orders, needs to read a little closer and put exactly what the customer is asking for. I know you aren't Burger King and have the King in the kitchen making it my way, but if you offer the option to get an extra portion of meat at a cost and extra toppings, for the love of all things yummy, please provide it!!!
For those that read through all of this, heed my warning, take the extra 5 minutes and get in line early to get your burrito bowl made the way that you like it!! It will be the best decision you make today!
Oh and props to whomever made the chips today! It's a perfect balance of lime and salt. You are a true artist and your efforts did NOT go unnoticed!!

Read moreThis is the worst Chipotle I have ever gone to. And this isn't based off a one time experience. We have visited hundreds of times and so have our friends and family.
They have absolutely no sense of portion control and overfill our burritos every single time we go there even though we have NEVER asked for extra of anything. They will try and roll it up to serve it to you with half of the ingredients spilling out and never ask to offer to rewrap or double wrap it. They just try and pass it off as its falling apart.
Any time we have brought this up to management, they act like its our fault by telling us we should ask for less than what they normally give us. So basically they wont acknowledge that they are overpotrioning to a point where it is inconvenient to customers and provides poor quality food and service, and makes the customer feel as if its their fault.
We've also been treated rudely multiple times at this establishment, and the staff often seems annoyed by customers. I wouldnt visit so often if it werent so close to our house, but after 5 years and hundreds of dollars spent at this location I have officially had it.
We wont be going here anymore along with the many friends and family that decided to skip this location completely long before us.
This while place needs some SERIOUS training because they are doing things terribly, and this is coming from a former employee at a Chipotle Restarantuer. Nothing they do here would meet the expectations of a restaurateur. In fact, the employees acted or did the things we see at this Chipotle, they would be fired in a heartbeat in a restaurateur setting. I try my best not to write reviews that can hurt an establishment, however I felt like this was VERY NECESSARY! On 8/15/20 I made an online order for $20.50. When I received my food, the portion that was given to me was barely worth $5.00. On top of that they sent me another persons order by mistake along with mine (it was nothing that I can eat). When I called them to complain about my order and their mistake, the manager I spoke too told me he would refund my money and replace my order. The sad part is that I didn't have my car and they told me they cant deliver it, even though I paid for delivery. On 8/17/20 they refund that they gave was $3.00!!! I remind you I paid $20.00 for my food. When I called back to speak to a manager about the shortage of my refund and about the food replacement, he got an attitude with me, saying that whoever told me about a refund and food replacement was wrong and he didn't know nothing about it. So, I asked him if I could speak to the manager I spoke with before about the mistake and he pretended like he didn't know any of the other managers. So, I am wondering how do they communicate with one another. He asked me my name and said he would look into it but, never asked about any info on my order at all. In the beginning he told me his name was VICTOR, then when I asked him his name again so I can call and speak to him if need, He LIED to me and gave me another name. When I called him on it he rushed off the phone. That left a very nasty taste in behavior and honesty on his part being a manager representing a well known restaurant.
