2023 Review 2 years later and I’m back getting the same fantastic service I did previously. Azia set me up with everything I needed to get the iPhone15 and accessories. Azia is personable, extremely knowledgable and patient with what can often be my naive questions! I feel I can easily reach out if any new questions arise and I really enjoyed having a mundane task turn into a really fun experience.

2021 Review If I were to write everything as to why my experience with Shawna, Grant and Travis has been so fantastic and satisfying I would be writing a very long review. Shawna is professional, savvy and a great salesperson who took the time to learn about me and my family and our individual needs and made perfect recommendations. We have upgraded to new products we love and Shawna also directed us into very useful offers and discounts that made the final bill very agreeable. The next day I needed to return as I was having tech issues with saving to the Cloud and both Grant and Travis were both equally as professional and friendly. They also taught me some new things that will make my using experience a lot better. The entire staff at this store know what they are doing and are also a lot of fun to hang out with while getting all my needs met. Thank you, you'll be seeing more of me and Verizon would be wise to know what a great team...

Called Verizon to request a number port and they accidentally ported out the wrong number—I lost the number I’d had for 27 years. In full panic mode, I rushed to this store. Ty, the manager, calmly stepped in, recovered my number, and ensured the correct one was ported. His expertise, care, and unmatched empathy turned a nightmare into a huge relief. Absolutely grateful for Ty and this amazing team!

After 27 years with T‑Mobile my coverage went from pretty good to third-world like, so I went into this Verizon Authorized Retailer in St. Anthony Village for a lifeline. Andrew greeted me like an old friend, listened intently, and produced a quote for four lines—two of them full of curveballs. I chewed on it for 72 hours, came back, and Drew teamed up with Mariah, the assistant manager, to seal the deal. Three lines + one curveball ported over without a hitch. Yes, it took a while, but their patience, expertise, and straight‑shooting never wavered. Bottom line: Andrew and Mariah are rock‑stars, the store runs a tight ship, and my signal bars are finally back where they belong. Five‑star experience all day. I even had a slight issue with a promotion after the sale and Mariah answered my call and worked it all out......

Better than a corporate store. Azia is awesome. They give you a printed quote with before and after pricing on your plan, as well as complete out the door "pay today" pricing, which is over-estimated to include sales tax on devices, and protective cases - so its an actual out the door cost. That is exactly how all resellers should operate.

I was sold on a new phone and a deal on a new tablet but overlooked the fact that the tablet was still under a 2 year contract until next month. So when I went back today to do the deal, Verizon wanted a $70 cancelation fee for canceling 1 month early on a $10/ month plan for my tablet, which is obviously ridiculous. Travis called Verizon and spent a half hour on the phone with them and they dropped the fee, saving me $70 today.

Update: Travis called yesterday to tell me they got my phone in (they didn't have 256gb in stock, had to order, and came a few days early). Went in to do the final trade-in of in my old. Easy process! Now I have the best phone ever made (Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra) and my bill is LESS than it was...
