Tractor Supply Co. — Local services in St. Clair

Rented a trailer from here on Sunday at 11:30am. Returned it at 5:30pm Monday. Apparently you are not allowed to keep them overnight? Clerk when I rented it made no mention of this.....the only paperwork I received was a payment reciept. When I returned a different clerk (female manager) told me that if I would have returned it any later they were going to report it stolen, but they would have called me first? Mind you all other trailer rental places including home Depot allows overnight rentals, they have a copy of my DL...phone number, auto insurance info, email, etc.......My question is.... if it was such a big deal that they would need to make me feel like a criminal.....why was no attempt made to contact me Sunday or Monday. Why even mention that they were going to report it stolen, why not just inform me that that was not allowed on Sunday, or when I returned. It would have been pretty hard for them to say it was stolen when they had already charged me almost $60 for 2 full days rental Monday morning, much prior to me returning. Maybe not reprimand paying customers for poor training of employees and lack of paperwork explaining policies. Very odd experience and not very...

I came at 7:50 and the lady told me propane was closed even though there was 10 minutes left to get it filled. Especially when I came all the way from Schuylkill Haven how rude. The worst part about it is that it heats apart of my home and it's cold out. Luckily nothing of mine broke cause. I had just scattered around and do more things to keep it warm because of this. I made it there in time. Still should have got served.what if that someone had to heat there shack with it the only space they had to live And you just left them freeze to death. Yes, there are other places to exchange thefor late night. But they are more expensive. If a customer comes into your store, whether it's a minute before closing, you are required to take care of that should be your company policy. And I'm pretty sure it is.Guess we'll find out. I gave that second chance and asked another employee.He paged her and she gave him the same response. This needs to be addressed.Because who knows what else they're not...

my mom and i had to go to tractor supply. by the time we got there, it was 8:55pm. we went up to the doors to see if they were closed, and sadly, they were. but we REALLY needed to get something there, so i decided to call the store. a dude picked up and i said “when do yous close?” and he said “9:00.” so i go “okay, you have two minutes until you close then. can you please let me in?” and the dude pauses for a good few seconds, then he sighs and says “yeah.” so i see this really tall guy walking up to the door, and mannn does he seem tired. he unlocked the door and said “it’s you again. you’re back.” (he was talking to my mom because she came here earlier in the day and bought something) my mom goes “yeah i’m back. i need to return this, i bought the wrong thing.” it was hilarious. the whole time we were checking out, the tall guy kept flirting with...
