Over a decade ago, I accidentally locked my keys and phone in my car in the parking lot of the Midtown Mall. As a brand-new driver, I was scared and stressed. I wasn’t sure what to do, so I wandered back into the mall and stumbled upon this Christian bookstore. The employee working was unbelievably helpful to my clueless and scared self. She let me use their phone book to look up the phone number of a locksmith, and she also let me use her phone to call them.
