22nd Judicial Circuit Court — Local services in St. Louis

Really deserve zero stars. Called to ask some basic questions about small claims court after an accident with an uninsured driver and wanted to know how after paying over a hundred dollars for their services they 1. can't locate the person for you to serve them, you have to provide that for them. 2. once finding them guilty, can't force them to pay you anything. So I question what is even the point of paying $120 if at the end of the day that person can still just not pay? If I could get him to pay in the first place I wouldn't even be needing small claims court?? The answer I got, "no baby we don't force people to pay, that's up to you. did anyone force you to pay?" ummm..yes? YOU did by charging the VICTIM 120 dollars to do NOTHING....

Honestly, this place textbook inefficiency. The court system supports the lowest of the low and to hell with those of us attempting to make a living. I have a renter that has not paid rent in 4 months. I have been to court, won a case against said renter and yet she is still there! Why?? Because the sheriff department is a month behind in evecting non paying renters!! Are they capped at 1 a day in this has been city? I would love an explanation but more than anything I would like to see this city help those of us trying to better the city then the ones tering it down. What a shame to see this city in its death throws as a revelant...

Black judge made asian money launder pay for stealing from her job. That's right, she was using the company's credit card to issue unwarranted purchases. She tried to pretend like they were advised purchases but they were not. She got her wages garnished and a whole bunch of other things that made her life rightfully miserable.
