Cardinals Team Store — Local services in St. Louis

I was at ticket window .Trying to get help getting my monthly stand room only pass! Was having trouble it kept saying the address on the dept cards didn't match. But it was saying the same thing for three different accounts and different bank accounts 🤔 Well after beginning the lady to check for me and she said that we all need to go to are banks and tell them to remove restrictions and I said I don't have restrictions on my account. So she check it out and tells me that I had a New York Address 🤔 .. Need less to say after all that she got it done for me... But not till after she had already told me that it wasn't her job to do it I need to figure out how to fix it myself!! And she did do the other two with out complaining 🙄 we all live at different houses and three different people could not get it to work ... I think they app needed to be looked at we tried last Thursday...

Love my Cardinals but after this pass weekend im really disappointed! I has a valid ticket for Friday and was suppose to receive a purse. Now they were giving them to men but my gate ran out literally the person right before me. I went to one of the other gates to get one and was told I had to have a valid ticket! I did or I would have NEVER GOTTEN INTO THE GAME! MY SON PAID A MAN WITH HIS WIFE THAT HAD ALREADY GOTTEN A PURSE, HE PAID $20 FOR HIS PURSE! YES A MAN $20!! SHAME SHAME ON YOU CARDINAL ORGANIZATION, I HONESTLY HAVE CANCELED THE TICKETS AND THE HOTEL FOR THE CUBS WEEKEND THIS HAS MADE ME SICK TO MY STOMACH TO REALIZE JUST HOW HURT MYSELF AND ALOT OF OTHER FANS WERE OVER THIS ISSUE. I WILL LET EVERY FAN KNOW HOW MUCH THEY THOUGHT THE CARDINALS...

I just went here yesterday, and although their merch was nice, their staff was extremely rude. I was in there no longer than 10 minutes and I was followed through the entire store by several employees that were obviously side-eyeing me thinking I was going to steal. Literally at least 5 of them came up to me 'asking if I needed assistance' every 30 seconds but it was apparent by their tone and demeanor that they were only thinking I was trying to steal. I felt harassed honestly. I still purchased two items, but even when I asked someone to check me out the employee rolled his eyes at me and seemed deeply bothered by the fact that I wanted to...
