Cardinal Lot Parking — Local services in St. Louis

Do not park here. Followed the posted instructions to download the app, enter my license plate, and pay. I was charged the expected $40 fee to my credit card. Fine. Then, one month later, I get a violation in the mail charging me $110. The price of parking + $70 in a violation fee. I appealed and have proof of paying the $40. The appeal agent says my license plate was not added to the account I had set up, but he would reduce my violation fee to $50 and I could pay that amount now instead of $110. Why?! I entered my license plate into their app and already paid the charged parking rate. Why would I give them an additional $50? Repeated emails to resolve this issue were disregarded with instruction to pay the $50 fine. SCAM! Do not park here. Park somewhere with an actual person who can take cash and save yourself the headache....

YOU PARK BEFORE THE GAME, GREETED BY SECURITY GIVING YOU THE IMPRESSION OF A SECURE PARKING LOT, YOU RETURN FROM THE GAME AND EVERY CAR WINDOW WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE IS BROKE. ALL BELONGINGS STOLE, ALL FIREARMS STOLE, EVERYTHING STOLE. NOW WHERE IS THAT WONDERFUL SECURITY? PRETTY SURE THEY WORK WITH THE PEOPLE WHO GOES THROUGH TO STEAL EVERYTHING. ITS A PERFECT SCAM. WE PAY $30+ TO PARK IN A VISUALLY SECURE LOT AND GET RIPPED OFF. THE SECURITY PERSONNEL TELLS ME SOMBODY IS ON THE LOT DRIVING AROUND 24/7 BUT AFTER 3 HRS NOW 3AM (Left the game at 9pm) STILL NO SECURITY. THANKS ALOT PREMIER PARKING. Forty dad-gum dollars to park here in a pothole ridden, tight as hell PARKING lot. We were in a pinch to get to the game and that side of the ballpark because of traffic. Found this spot online, get there, & wallah...$40 for 12 hours. So, one pays for 12 hours but stays for only 4 or 5 hours. Someone else gets taken for another $40 another time. Ridiculous considering how bad of condition that parking lot is. Want to pay in cash? Too bad. Oh! And the CC fee was like another $2-ish. So, really, over $42 to park. Good location is about all I can really say about it. Luckily, not any break-ins to my knowledge.
