United States Postal Service — Local services in St. Louis

Most times the ladies are mostly friendly but they have an employee that was fairly rude and blunt. A few days ago I walked in 5 mins before closing and all they lady kept saying was we’re closed, no greeting or anything just we’re closed and then looked at my package and said I can’t take that anyways because it has duct tape on it and repeated I am close and it was still not 5pm yet and I said well can I get some tape and repeated again I am closed and I said well its not 5 yet and she did not care, also didn’t bother to say why duct tape was a issue so I looked it up on my own. Today I went back and no tape still and the same lady claimed she said that last time. The extra comment was not necessary especially since it wasn’t shared the last time I seen her and it has been days, why isn’t their any tape??? Worst experience with them but usually everyone else is very considerate and helpful as well...

USPS delivered an important package to a completely different building in a different zip code. What the heck, USPS. Luckily for us, the recipient was a business and took the trouble to return to USPS. We went to this post office and Lynnette went out of her way to call her supervisor and find out what had happened. She told us that our mail is delivered by a different branch, and that they would re deliver today, and asked us to wait another day. We got the packet delivered today. Thank...

I walk past this location multiple times on Sundays and never noticed it

The door was locked so I really couldn't see much. I have no idea if it was clean or what services they actually offered compared to other post offices.

I guess it's only open during the normal hours. Which is odd as you can't even drop a letter off there on a Sunday.

I honestly have no clue how nicest the staff are.
