Read moreI had purchased my first ever watch and was in need of getting links removed. I brought it to work with me and went to Mroz because it was close to my office. I talked with the guy (Mike?) about quartz and swiss movements and explained I was brand new to watches so any information would be helpful. After some good conversation and watching him remove links he informed me it would be $25 dollars for the resizing. With his help I chose a chain that complimented the pendant perfectly. Normally it would have required 24 hours to repair but the challenge was to have it done by 4pm. Knowing my circumstance Micheal worked his magic. It was ready, polished to a brilliance I’d never seen before, boxed and delivered with plenty of time to spare. Michael was honest, knowledgeable and accommodating saving the day. He made it possible for me to give my daughter the wedding gift I’d always hope to. Thank...
