Read the rest of the 1 star ratings, I agreed with every one I read. Been going here 18 years. The pharmacy manager is awesome. Unfortunately the situation & employees Walgreens has given her is awful. I have prescription for serious condition that is sent every month that must be picked up on specific day. Doctor sends it in ahead of time to make sure it's there. Until recently it was always filled & ready that morning. I went in late afternoon to pick it up & they hadn't even started to fill it. To make matters even less acceptable clerk actually said "we've been busy" as a lame excuse & started saying they couldn't get it filled that day. I, in a very businesslike manner, told her it will be filled now. Your other option is I'll come inside to talk with manager, inform her I'll be making complaint to government & you'll be looking for job tomorrow. It was ready in 15 min. But...

This is the second day in a row that I had an issue with Walgreens. Been with them my whole life and I think it may be...

I'm standing in line and the cashier was an old woman with a salt and pepper bob, parted on the side, with glasses. She was having a full blown conversation with the old man in front of me who was with his daughter. The problem IS/WAS he was already rung up, bagged up, and checked out. The man acknowledged that he was holding up the line. He said "I'm sorry I'm holding up your line", her rude old prejudice self replied "NO YOU'RE NOT" and proceeded with the conversation and started exchanging numbers with the man. I said "yes you are" slammed my things on the counter and now I'm typing this review from the parking lot of CVS. Only an idiot would've spent money there after seeing how rude she was. She didn't even say hello, or welcome when...
