We recently completed a kitchen remodel and chose Century for our appliances, cabinets, and countertops. The experience was outstanding, and the team went above and beyond in every aspect.

Designer: Devona Shakespeare: Devona is, without a doubt, the best designer in Louisville. She brought our kitchen dream to life with unparalleled creativity and expertise. Devona meticulously incorporated our ideas and preferences, crafting a space that is both stunning and functional. Her attention to detail and ability to foresee potential issues before they arose was remarkable. Thanks to her, we now have a Pinterest-worthy kitchen that exceeds our expectations.

Appliances: Sales - Daniel Hyatt: Daniel was incredibly knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect appliances for our kitchen. He guided us through the entire selection process with patience and expertise.

Install - Kenny Nall: Kenny did an exceptional job installing our appliances. His attention to detail and professionalism ensured everything was set up perfectly.

Cabinets: Josh Cox and Mike Adkins: Josh and Mike were instrumental in designing and installing our cabinets. Their craftsmanship and dedication to quality truly transformed our kitchen.

Throughout the remodel, Century provided impeccable timing and exceptional customer service. They were always available to address any issues that arose, even those beyond their control. I highly recommend Century and their team for any kitchen project. I can't imagine completing our kitchen without their support and expertise.

In 2014 we bought a Homearama home built in 2006 by Vince Kimball. Everything about this home is first class which is reflective of this outstanding builder. Vince used Century Entertainment to install an entertainment system which includes a home theater. My husband and I are very challenged with anything related to technology, so Century Entertainment has been incredibly helpful on various occasions. Most recently Steve Edelien, who heads their technology department, gave us the type of customer service we wish every company would offer! Ultimately, he sent their highly talented and very professional specialist, James Anderson to address our problem. I am a retired teacher and could see how intelligent and knowledgeable James was. I appreciated how quietly and thoroughly James assessed the functionality of our sophisticated system. The best part is that he taught me how to make sure I knew how to operate the system. Given my limitations, he did a great job of teaching this teacher! Finally, we neglected to find and pay the invoice for this very reasonably priced service call. Stacy Farris graciously called about the matter. I am a strong believer that you pay your bills promptly and was embarrassed that we had an unpaid invoice. Stacy is a class act and quickly made me feel better about my oversight! This outstanding company says their customers are customers for life. They definitely mean this. Every time they have helped us, they have treated us as if we were making a big purchase. At age 77, this company is one of the best we have ever encountered, and we have had many customer experiences! You can do no better than being a customer of Century...

Outstanding staff that goes above and beyond. I’m currently working with Roberta and Tim on designing a kitchen for my family’s new home. During this process, my LG refrigerator went out for the second time within a year. Naturally, I didn’t want to replace the refrigerator since we are getting ready to sell our home. The process of getting it fixed brought on problem after problem. Between LG, Home Depot and McConnell Repair (used in 2019 for repair), I had no luck getting the fridge fixed. During one of my appointments at Century, I mentioned this to Tim and he called one of Century’s service vendors and they were at my house the same week. The service technician did find that the compressor was never replaced in February 2019, but did document everything for me so I could pursue it with the previous service repair company. Since the repair was so expensive due to compressor problems again, I decided to replace it. Tim offered to assist in finding an affordable comparable refrigerator, but I decided to purchase one from Home Depot. Big Mistake! The delivery service Home Depot used would not deliver it, because of a “so called” valve issue which there wasn’t. After that, I called Tim and he managed to get the same refrigerator I purchased and texted me updates everyday until he had a delivery date. Wow! The delivery team, Chris and Dustin, were hardworking and friendly. The duo definitely seemed to take customer care seriously! Lesson learned...whenever Century’s staff offers to assist, just say yes. It was such a great relief to find a dependable and...
