7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in St. Matthews

Review is for Casper, WY 7Brew.

Typically I've had a good experience at 7Brew. I made the mistake of going to the buy one get one power hour from 7-8. Yes it was busy but that doesn't mean you should lose the customer service. I wasn't sure what to order & asked to see the secret menu. They wouldn't let me see it & told me to just look at the syrups that were on the board and they could make what ever I wanted. I told them I didn't know what I wanted & would like to see the secret menu. They wanted to know what flavors I wanted, to which I replied I couldn't remember. So I was forced to continue to come up with flavors I thought were it. Then when I said the flavors, neither one of them asked if I would like it hot or iced. I didn't think about it because I was under the impression I was going to have a nice warm drink since it was 14 degrees outside.....NOPE! Wrong again, tall iced drinks & they were two different drinks. I thought I had ordered 2 odd the same thing. I started to say something before I drove away, but decided he totally blew me off while I was trying to order I didn't. I can tell you though I won't make the mistake of going back there during a special again. In fact, I will encourage everyone I know not to go during those times. I just wanted to shed a spotlight on such a beautiful individual ; hopefully she sees this!

Shoutout to Peyton at the @7brew Shelbyville Road location in Louisville, Kentucky! I had a rough Monday - dealing with grief, my boys daycare unexpectedly closed, as well as class beginning at noon for me that day .. it was a morning to say the least.

I was in 7Brew parking lot when I got the notification that the boys daycare had closed and now I needed to go meet my husband because I had both car seats in my car but class was about to start .. I started boohooing.

Y'all, this beautiful young lady asked me what was wrong, we talked, she prayed for me as well as gave me a hug that was MUCH needed. She literally made my day, really my week!

I wanted to go back and see her yesterday but left out too late to get to her. I was able to go see her this morning and she saw me, remembered me and hugged me so tight!

I just want to say in such an ugly world, Peyton you are such a beautiful person INSIDE and OUTSIDE! Good people do still exist! I will now be trying to go see Peyton as much as possible, even if it's just to see her smile because it truly makes an ugly day better! ♥️ Shoutout to Peyton's parents for being amazing and raising and amazing human being.

After I got in the drive-thru one of the girls said “avocado” to one of the other girls. I asked what that meant and she said it’s a code word we use to tell someone to pull up. I’ve never heard of this and it makes no sense.

The 1st girl taking my order walked off in the middle of taking my order to intentionally be rude.. A 2nd girl walked up and (disingenuously) asked if I had been helped. She then started to take my order and before I finished my order she told me to pull up and walked off. After I pulled to the front the girl knowing what just happened asked me if I got a drink she knew I didn’t order. I drove off.

Unsavory girls who will do whatever they’re told are a dime a dozen. What miserable low quality people. This is a trickle-down effect that starts at the top. AVOID 7brew coffee.

Their smoothies are corn syrup which will earn you a triple bypass, and their coffee is terrible and overpriced. There is a Tropical Smoothie and Smoothie King literally right down the street which have healthy high quality options.

Also, on their webpage it literally says “experience the best coffee in Louisville.” If this is the best coffee in Louisville, Taco Bell is our best Mexican restaurant. ...
