I was looking forward to a positive shopping experience, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. Clara asked me to leave a review, hoping I had a good experience, but I was disappointed. To start, I wasn't greeted at the door like everyone else that came in after me, which made me feel unwelcome. Things didn't improve from there. I asked Clara for a specific size of pants my son liked, and although she helped, she kept trying to redirect me to the clearance section. To make matters worse, at checkout, she asked me to leave a review and took a picture to show her manager, which felt insincere given the lack of attention I received during my visit. I would give zero stars if it was an option. I picked up an online order which by the way was roughly $100. It was pouring outside. I asked the manager for a bag to put my order in. She refused. The “gas station, thank you bag” she offered was not even big enough for my order. She said that I would have to buy something in order to receive a Children’s Place bag & depending on what I purchased would determine the size of the bag I would receive. I explained to her that I already made a $100 purchase online and would just like a bag. Nope… The whole experience was unbelievable. Just give me a paying customer a bag for goodness sake’s. She was extremely rude & I will never purchase...

Earlier today I went in to shop with my daughter, sister, nephew and brother in law. As we were looking at the boys graphic tees, there was an employee Jen i believe was her name who everytime we picked up and item she would come behind us to fix it although we were not through looking at the item.
