I used to love this place because of the good service, also the clothes, shoes and prices. Today I went after they close and the service was very poor. I was so disappointed.I wanted to try some clothes I asked for help because the fitting room is always close, so they have to open it. They told me to wait a second but I ended it up waiting for more than one second, tthey saw me that I was there waiting for them, they don’t care and they kept talking and laughing as they didn’t have any costumers, even that I asked for help, so I walked away . Then even that I told her nobody went to help me. She didn’t even offer help again or something, or said at least and “I’m sorry ” I think that was so rude and so unprofessional for such a great place like this. Typically do shop here but I will no longer. To wear an item and blatantly return it no receipt or anything is obviously an issue. To not be able to return an item that was never worn, had tags and a receipt but turned away because the tags on the pants are unattached is absurd.
