Landmark Square Cafe Inc — Restaurant in Stamford

Usually have a great experience here but yesterday was not pleasant. We called our order in for a group and the man who answered the phone to take our order was very rude. This man made very unnecessary comments while we were ordering. I ended up going to pick up the food and later realized I did not have the complete order so I had to go back.

The sandwiches here are great but there should be a better system when calling in for an order as simple as taking a name down. Things can get hectic especially during the lunch rush so this would be logical. I want to be clear..I’ve never had an issue with staff until...

I've been here before and even recommended here, but I'm extremely DISAPPOINTED with the service today. I called in my order because we had limited time. The omelet I received was not what I ordered, and cost significantly more. When I asked the cashier, I got no help; prices on the board are not the same as what she rings up. Sandwiches are very good and it gives you a good deli vibe. Give them your order and wait for it to be yelled out. Quality meats and chicken. I have no branched out from those foods. They have a salad bar, soups, and drinks. I'm not 100% sure about special dietary options but I'm sure they can accommodate. The prices are reasonable for being in Stamford. I did not feel ripped off with my meal price....
