Two weeks after my purchase I had still not received even a tracking number. Finally, I looked up my order history and the tracking number they gave (for a PARTIAL) was INVALID. So I had to wait 10 minutes in a chat so Kayla could tell me the correct tracking number and inform me that the remainder of my purchase is on back order. No update in an email. No warning prior to the purchase. NO COMMUNICATION! What takes the damn cake is "the back order" is in stock at my local BAM! store. I now wish I would have just spent the extra coin to forgo...
