I have gone there often but never has anything review worthy happened. I usually get in, get my things, and get out. They were helpful, yes, but it wasn't anything that captured my attention. Well tonight I went in with $13 to get a bag of flat glass gems and magnets for a project I was working on for Christmas and some tape for gift wrapping. Well the bag of flat glass gems had a weight instead of a count. I needed 42 glass gems. I asked the cashier, Lacy, when I was ready to check out if she might have known how many were in the bag. She didn't know so she opened the bag and counted them for me then stapled the bag back together. There was enough so she continued ringing me up. The total came out to be around $16 so I told her to take the tape off because that wasn't necessary. Instead she gave me the employee discount (I assume) so that I could get all of my items for less than $13. My experience may also be colored by the effects of the hurricane and the general stresses involved when venturing into public during a storm. That said, workers were unhelpful, darting in people's way in small groups that avoided eye contact, speaking poorly of others, entirely over-staffed, and not one stopped to ask if I needed help, despite me having to search the entire store four times to find what I needed. When I tried to ask for help, they quickly darted away again. When another person caught one and asked for help, they were given incorrect information. The lines were long and I heard multiple calls for managers to different departments, including the front end, that went unanswered during my 30...
