Thought my experience was random but reading these reviews it definitely is not. Cashier was ok until she gave me the pizza. I opened the box and the pizza was burnt, dry and thin. I asked her for a different pizza. She told me the only thing she could give was a refund. Explained that I came to buy a pizza for my kid and don’t want a refund just not a burnt pizza. I asked for a manager...she said she was the manager then proceeded to run around back to call someone. No manager or other staff on site. Stated she would not give me the phone to talk to the manager. I told her I have a phone the manager can call me or vice versa. Girl then started threatening and cursing at me telling me to get the F out of her store or else...so I called 911 walked out then called corporate. Cops came asked what happened saying store wants to ban me from the store lol. I was still on hold for corporate. 40 mins later off hold spoke to the rep who was wonderful, professional and polite. She apologized, said she would get the situation handled and contacted the district manager. Local residents deserve great food and service which is currently lacking at this location. I’ve been to excellent locations in Pooler with 20x amazing pizza and service. Coming here was a waste of time and energy. Hopefully they will resolve these issues or the place needs to be sued...
Read moreIf I could give 0 stars I would...PSA: if y'all order pizza delivery from Little Caesars in Statesboro, GA don't expect to get your food...they contract with doordash to handle their delivery but are not sending the portal code to the dashers for almost 2 weeks now. I just sat and argued with the manager advising my app is up to date and that the customer doesn't have the code if they order through Doordash. She refused to release the food even though I could clearly show her the order, etc. Doordash support called to try and resolve the issue and she told the other cashier to put the phone on the counter. Needless to say she never picked the call up and after about 10 mins support came back to me and advised me that this is clearly a Little Caesars issue and he will be reaching out to upper management ASAP. None of the clerks would help. Manager basically dismissed me and said she wasn't dealing with me. Ok bet...I can't wait to call corporate and file a complaint. My customer now got a refund for no reason and no food. They are also losing a customer as I refuse to spend another...
Read moreAwful experience at the Statesboro location. I ordered 6 pizzas to be picked up between between 530 to 545. I get there at 520 and I tell them my name. They say im late so I show them my mobile recipe and tell them that I am actually early. I was told my pizza has been made over a hour ago and they need to remake them. It will take 15 minutes. I have a birthday cake in my car...so I'm very annoyed. Staff looked unprofessional with one at the register out of uniform. After waiting in a lobby.... packed and others also complaining, I see stacked pizzas and ask if any are mine. No names are being called or showed on the order ready screen. A worker says yes they are mine and hands them to me only to be yelled at as I am walking.g put the door...ARE THOSE YOUR PIZZAS?!
