Love this one bestie ever been to, hats off to the person that does their buying.The only thing I don't like is you feel like they watch you....I know it sounds crazyđ€Ș...maybe they have a high theft cost ratio, but it is an un- settling feeling đ€.    Read moreI used to love TJ MAXX. However, not honoring products you have priced wrong is utterly ridiculous. I spent $180 just today and typically go at least once a week this time of year. 10 of the products I purchased were mugs in boxes. 4 were clearly marked $6.99 on the bottom of the box; the others had no visible price. When I got to the register, they took them out of the boxes and scanned a tag on the bottom of the actual mug. I made the comment that I was glad to see them do that since they were gifts, and now I knew to remove both tags. That's when they decided to tell me they were marked incorrectly but didn't say the new price until I asked. They refused to let me purchase the mugs marked $6.99 at that price & charged me $7.99 for every mug. Why would I take a product out of a box to look for a different price tag? Also, the huge bins in the store obstruct you from being able to shop. The pet aisle...

(Coordinater) was checking us out. Didnât speak to us when we walked up to the register, instead she stood at the back of the counter and waited for us to put our stuff down before she actually came to the register. Once it was time to check out, she didnât tell us the total, & just stood there. I asked if it was time for me to pay and instead of answering, she called a manager and stepped back. Once she stepped back, I moved forward and paid. The manager came & I had to tell her that we did not ask for her.
