I want to share with you what happened to me while Checking out today at Burlington, I was really disappointed about the cashier's behavior(register:9, cashier: Thania)I asked her nicely to give me a big bag because I bought 7 items and among these items, there were two boxes, she put them in 2 small bags. Even before I loved it in the cart, there was a bag that started to tear.She told me that we don't have big bags. Then I told her okay and when I was going out.I saw the customer who was next to me, she had a big bag. So I asked the cashier who is next to me to give me a big bag.And there I see the cashier (register:9, cashier:Thania) And there I see the cashier telling her not to give me a big bag, while making a sign with her head. TNo, she only refused to give me a bag but forbade her colleague from helping me.his behavior really shocked me, I was really disappointed. Read moreGood luck trying to go to the bathroom here. They have bathroom codes. It’s hard to find associates and when you do, they get irritated that you asked them to go to the bathroom because they have to walk all the way with you to the restroom and enter the code. when I asked one of the girls she had to go all the way with me and then when we got to the bathroom, another girl had previously just barely left from the bathroom and she turns around to say the door is open all irritated, and I told her the door was not open when I went to check, since she wasn’t paying attention, she was not able to see that the girl just barely left the bathroom as we were walking there. Not sure how she didn’t see her she was wearing bright blue. The bathrooms are very dirty here so not sure why they get upset that people use the bathrooms when they don’t keep up with them. I come here frequently and it’s the same case every time when it’s not rush hour here is pretty well organized other than that this is the place I go to since it’s the only one in my neighborhood close to me. Read moreI’m a frequent customer and things are a hit or miss with fitting rooms being closed. I have never been more humiliated by the fact the manager Lisa had the audacity to say I had worn two pairs of jeans that I wanted to return. I didn’t have a receipt but I always select an emailed receipt. An Employee needed assistance with the lookup so she goes and asks the manager. The manager begins by asking for my number and scans the BURLINGTON TAG ON the pair jeans and says it could not be found! I went on by saying it was my last transaction.She doesn’t try again aand extends the pairs to continue to keep saying they’re not on the system and that they have been worn. Never did I ever wear the 16$ pair of jeans and I would never degrade myself by doing so and trying to return. I had never been so upset being accused of something so embarrassing in front of other customers. As I’m walking away I can hear how she is still bashing me. I decided to take the pants sit in my car and look through my email to find the receipt for the jeans. I decide to call the store and ask for the manager, her name and corporates number, she gave me the wrong number ! Never have I felt embarrassed and belittled over a return with proof of...
