Subway — Restaurant in Stockbridge

The food was standard Subway fare. Staff was nice and patient with our indecisive little one. However, we were adding on a cookie on top of the meals and specified that it was an add on, but they insisted on making the cookie part of the meal as a replacement for chips then added on the chips as an add on. We told them this wasn't what we wanted bc it made it more expensive but the cashier waved us off and did it anyway. Wasn't worth fighting for like a dollar difference, but it really rubbed me the wrong way. If it weren't for that, I would have given them a 5 star review, esp for being so patient with an indecisive kid, but that transaction left a bad taste...

Staff was very rude. Kept speakin to each other in their native language, which is not an issue but don’t cut me off when I’m placing my order. The lady was so busy trying to rush me that I had to keep asking for her to put things in my salad. She didn’t put a fork in my bag but tried to argue with me that she did. After finally giving me a fork, she went to mumbling in her native tongue again. I will not b visiting this location again. I can match or exceed the rudeness but I choose not to by no longer patronizing this location. Thanks...

I stopped here just before closing on Saturday night. The young girl working was quite friendly and attentive. The problem was in my food. I should have checked it before I got back on the road and too far down the highway. I ordered a flatbread. It seems that they do not sell many flatbread sandwiches. The one I got was obviously quite old and dry almost to the point of being brittle. There is no way she could not have noticed the texture while preparing...
