7-Eleven — Local services in Stockton

This store used to be clean and well stocked with fresh smelling bathrooms. Not anymore. About 2 months ago, August 2024, it was bought by a new owner. The old staff is gone and replaced with all Indian employees. Nothing wrong with that but it's a mess now. They have an older employee with greying hair who I once found asleep near the toilet in the mens bathroom. He woke up and I told him that I needed to use the toilet and he waived me to go ahead and then kept sleeping. They have been out of toilet paper, hand soap and hand sanitizer for their public restrooms for over a month and a half. When you walk into the store no one acknowledges you like the old employees did. The store is not well stocked. There are a lot of empty spots on the shelves. Entrance doors are dirty from people using their feet to open them. Windows are not being wiped clean and the floors are not being mopped. There are usually 3 to four employees behind the counter with one at the register and the others on...

This is literally probably the cleanest 7/11 I've been too my entire life and I was born and raised in San Jose, CA. For those of you who don't know, San Jose probably has no less then 50 711's, basically one on every corner. Now for the most part, 7-11, unfortunately, doesn't ever have public restrooms even for customers. Which is always been a huge disservice in my opinion, but not only does this 7-11 have public restrooms, they have literally one of the cleanest bathrooms I've been in. In fact, there entire store has always been close to spotless whenever I've visited. Not to mention their employees have phenomenal customer service skills and they always make sure to make you feel welcomed by greeting you upon walking through their doors. I can say plenty of other great things about them but i think I've said enough. You should try them out and definitely confirm...

4-11-2024 This store is the best 7-11 in Stockton. The restrooms are clean and everything is in working order in them. The rest of the store is on point. I go there for my salad, my sandwich and my beer but they have all sorts of other stuff and they are always well stocked. Every employee that I have come across is very nice and polite. If there is a problem they take care of it right away. It's very nice to shop at a place like this that acknowledges you and respects you as a customer. Special kudos to management because you can tell they know what they are doing and it has rubbed off on the rest...
