I was completely off put by the customer service they deliver. Everyone of the employees; including the shift leader/assistant manager are super friendly, yet they are Not Attentive in the least! I walked in and never received a greeting. Two groups of people walked in AFTER me and were serviced and acknowledged before me. I sat at the bar and noticed several OSHA AND SAFEserve rules being broken. Even before the current Civid-19 concerns of cleanliness, there is a resturant standard that employees should have but they were completely ignoring. I was not asked if I wanted a drink as I waited and was only acknowledged 10-15 minutes into my entrance to the Business. I was highly upset and left comments to my server and the management staff. The food and pizza selections are always wonderful, yet this service needs to be addressed to get any more money or business from me. Please, train your staff! They need it due to the very poor customer service or yu will lose money because of it. Katie came in on the shift change and finslly took my order. I left her a nice tip because I understand F&B. I work in the Industry too. Go try this excellent eatery's fares' at your own risk. Just don't expect phenomenal service.

My experience was pretty disappointing. I called in an order for baked ziti and was told 15 minutes. I went to the restaurant about 20 minutes later and still waited another 10 minutes. As others said, the price on the phone was different from online. I paid in cash, but the cashier didn't give me my change. He placed it inside a billfold like you receive your bill in when you dine in. I had to actually ask him to give me my change. Weird. When my order was finally ready I left. I got home to discover that I was given spaghetti, not the baked ziti I ordered. I called the restaurant-no answer. I returned at 930 to find them closed (closing time is 10pm) I returned the next day and explained the situation. The manager on duty offered to replace my dish. A few minutes later she told me they had no penne pasta, no alfredo...nothing but spaghetti. Ugh. So I order a Stromboli. That took 30 mins. I wasn't offered a drink or anything while I waited. I finally received my food and later discovered it wasn't that even tasty. Huge disappointment. Sorry to say I won't be back.

My first time visiting this restaurant. Called ahead for a 16in Smells Like Supreme but w/out mushrooms and a sweet tea. Drove over from Lilburn and Pizza was ready within 5 min of estimated time. Restaurant is cute and they offer a well stocked bar. At 1:30 pm there was one table occupied and one wait staff at the register. Unfortunately the tea was unsweetened but she insisted it had sugar in it. It was awful (been drinking sweet tea for 60+ years) and I asked for a refund as it was not drinkable and she seemed perturbed. Went straight home. Couldn’t get the pizza out of the box though without a spatula because the crust was literally tissue paper thin (photos); of course requiring a fork to eat. One side was literally covered in grease. Toppings were plentiful and the flavor was very good. I’m hoping they read their reviews and tighten up production. I’ll probably give them one more try - hopefully better next time.

I’ve frequented this pizza spot now a total of 3 times, so as a result, I believe I can now provide a non-biased opinion. Every time I have visited, the food was quite underwhelming and very overpriced, per the quality and service. I always give a business 2-3 chances, as bias occurs if you don’t leave room for error after the first time or two. We all know that the main secret is in the sauce when it comes to pizza...and the sauce is to say the least, bland and basic. Perhaps some a few leaves of basil, or sprinkle of oregano, anything to provide a bodied and encouraging taste would improve the taste. The sauce seems to have come from a wholesale can, and has been quite the disappointment, every single time my family and I have visited this establishment. But tonight topped the cake, as the service is typically mediocre and a bit of a struggle, but tonight?!!?!?! Not only did they mess up the order, call me back to correct it, then upon my arrival, tell me that they were “confused” about the order and as a result, only prepared half of it and if I wanted the pizza that’s was currently negated, to wait 45 minutes because of ubereats orders that took more precedence...but then after asking for the manager, the pizza was brought out (underwhelming nonetheless), with a flippant and nonchalant air, and no acknowledgement for the error and misinformation on their part. After reviewing the bill, I immediately noticed that I was overcharged. I had to ultimately ask for the manager AGAIN, due to the incompetence and seemingly ignorant staff that stared at me blankly (with the appearance of tumbleweeds running through their psyche internally ) instead of practicing basic customer service by APOLOGIZING, and asking me to wait while they reviewed the bill. The “manager” cane out, provided an explanation, again with NO APOLOGY, then sent her incompetent staff back over to advise me that my credit card would be charged for the corrected amount, and told me to have a good day. Upon my departure, the simple manager calls my minor niece’s phone back, as she originally placed the order, and proceeded to debate with her about the “unpaid” bill, after she clearly stated that she didn’t understand and suggested that she (the manager) speak with me, the adult and payer of the order. I took the phone, and before I could barely say hello, she (manager) started with her ignorant and unacceptable statement of unaccountability for the continued errors of herself and staff. Apparently, she never provided her incompetent staff directions on how to close the order, sans the misinformation that I was provided upon my departure. I advised her that I had left the area but would return, as I am a business owner and believe in honesty and ethical practices. I’m not a thief, and to avoid paying a $34 tab was not in my character. The “manager” called my minor niece AGAIN less than 45 minutes later, attempting to again demand payment. I ultimately returned, as I stated I would, and paid the tab that I could’ve allowed to be comp’d, due to the ignorance and incompetence of the staff. Upon my return, I was again met with the unprofessional basic, irresponsible staff that didn’t offer an ounce of customer service. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS PSEUDO “ PIZZA SHOP”! The food is less than average and the service...

Horrible Service!!!! Two in our party; paying separately. I ordered a calzone, w/ mushrooms & peperoni and a Julia Roberts (drink) and paid. My change was to be $8.31...I only recv'd $8 (the server never mentioned not having coin change...or anything for that matter) We sit down, talking amongst ourselves, he received his cola product (after a wait); 15 minutes later I recv'd Julia Roberts (mind you it was not busy). We chat, he receives his order (burger, mushrooms/sauteed onions...looked good). 15 minutes-ish later, he has two bites of his burger left I still have nothing but ole' Julia. During this 15 minute wait a waitress walked past w/a pizza for the mother & son sitting outside. We commented amongst ourselves how it looked & smelled good (Mental note, "Maybe, I'll order a small pizza to take home.) 1 minute later the mother comes in and I hear that the pizza was not cut. The waitress (instead of getting the pizza cutter & going the the mothers' table to cut it) took the pizza and went in the back to have it cut. I wonder if the mother recv'd an apology. I finally received my calzone (it was just placed on the table...No "Here you go," "Sorry about the wait"....NOTHING.) It was dropped & she moved on. I had been given a plastic fork & napkin earlier during this ordeal. I'm staring at the calzone with no knife in site. I stopped the waitress and asked if I was supposed to pick this up with my hands (trying to be cute by giving you a clue...No clue was caught) She giggled and said something that amounted to "We don't have forks because "blah blah blah..." something something "knife." Would you like a metal knife?" Is she Charlie Brown's teacher? "Um, yes." was my response. At that point I had had enough and said "Never mind the knife. Please just bring me a to go box (remember, my buddy had been done eating his meal)." The box is put on the table. I put the calzone & sauce in it and thought "Why would I even want this?" A different waitress (the same that dropped the calzone & rolled on) comes by and places a packet of plastic utensils on top of the box. I informed her that I wouldn't be needing it and would not be back. Long story short - I purposely left the calzone sitting on the table with the receipt. I wish I would of had a writing utensil because I would have written on the box what I thought of the entire transaction. Young lady, the $.31 you stole was your tip. I hope that the $11-ish I paid for the calzone that left was on the table was worth it to you and your business (because now I'm writing this). I waited outside for awhile to see if anyone would say that I forgot my calzone....nope! Not once was there any acknowledgement of ANYTHING that was done improperly. BTW - my buddy stated he wasn't given his change either (a couple of bucks & change). After not recving his change (I guess she gave no indication she was going to give it to him) he told the waitress it...

It has been 3 years since I last ate here. At that time it was a really good pizza and calamari. So I decided today to go and try to recapture that experience.......... I have no idea what has happened in the last 3 years but the place has fallen hard. Arrived at 12 noon. One family in front of us. They had just paid for their order. They go and have a seat. We look over the menu on our phones 5 mins after they sat down walked to the counter and placed our order. 1 burger, 1 order of calamari, 1 8inch pizza and one 18inch pizza. The family that I had mentioned before got the order within 20mins(1 8inch pizza, 1 calzone, and a order of wings). Seeing as we are the only two groups in the restaurant I figured that should be about the time food should come out with it being hot. Well it takes our 8inch pizza, burger, and calamari 40mins to come to the table after we had placed our order. No other people had come into the restaurant. They had filled 1 door dash order in that time. The calamari was cold, but the 8inch and burger were hot. When I inform them that the calamari was cold they said they would fix it so they threw it back in the fryer. Yeah it came back hot but now it was hard and over cooked. I asked that it be taken off the bill. When they asked what was wrong I explained and they handed me cash (even though I paid with card). It would be another 25mins before the 18inch arrived to the table. The ingredients were all mostly to one side and the outer crust was hard. When we asked for more water at the table we were only brought 1 glass. There were four of us at the table. I must say I am 98% sure that I will not revisit this place. The 2% is from my first experience 3yrs ago. I am really disappointed in what has happened to this pizza place. Drove 25min and paid quite a bit to be let down. I hope they can turn things around. Find people who want to work there and try to find what made it fantastic 3yrs ago. But from looking at the reviews and not seeing the owner respond to any, I can see that is not...
