T-Mobile Experience Store — Local services in Stonecrest

My phone wasn't working. I randomly woke up to my phone saying no SIM was available when there was. Couldn't use it unless I had wifi. I went to this T-Mobile and she said I would need a tech to get the SIM card out because it's stuck and she couldn't get it out. I guess that was the only way to fix it. She said there was another T-Mobile inside the mall to do that. I drove to the mall and searched. I'm not from here so I didn't know that there actually wasn't one in the mall anymore. I asked a security guard in the mall and he informed me about that update. So instead of driving back to this T-Mobile, since I already felt like the person that was helping kind of didn't want to, I drove to another one. The one on Panola Road. She took my phone, set me up for an e-SIM first. She realized she couldn't fix internally so she got an actual SIM card and easily popped out my old one and put in a new one. When I tell you I was confused because this location didn't even try to troubleshoot anything and said that the SIM couldn't even come out. The one on Panola took 5 minutes to fix the issue and sent me on my way. I will not be coming back to this location. I honestly feel like the girl helping me here didn't want to...

I came in with a broken screen. I filed my claim through insurance online and this was the closet T Mobil Repair. I thought because both the outside screen and the touch screen were busted, the phone was not repairable. I walked in expecting to spend upwards of $250 and it be an all day ordeal. I was instantly put into the que within 2 mins of walking in. I was asked to wait outside in my car. I waited roughly 30 mins to be called. Once in, Fe helped me out tremedously. She was awesome. She told me it was totally repairable. She told me it would be about an hour and the phone would be ready. I went and grabbed lunch. I came back and was put back in que to be helped out again. Again, it was about 30 mins, but over all not bad. The manager gave my girls the extra water floats they had (she was nice and helpful, she was hussling just as hard as her employees which is nice to see, really wish I had gotten her name to give her credit). Over all everything was great! Worth the 30 min drive. It was 2 and half hours and only $30 to get my phone repaired . I will be making the 30 min drive and returning just to see Fe...

Visit this store in hopes they could replace my screen protector that was pulling away since I just purchased my phone in February. I have warranty so I asked the lady if it would be covered. She told me to sign in. (She was really nice)The wait will be around an hour and she will check for me. After an hour I went back into store and another lady assisted me. She was rude, she just kept telling me it was “April” and covers will do that and it was nothing she could do since my phone was not damaged. Oh and it was just “Wear & Tear”. I know several people that had iPhones with protective covers for yrs without it lifting up. She never even asked for my information to pull up my account she just continue to say “there is nothing I can do” I wish employees would take more time to actually listen and assist. I left went to Conyers location . Worker pulled my account, replaced with new cover since it was covered under my warranty all in under 7 minutes.
